The best ever Carnivore Breakfast Casserole

Being a carnivore eggs are an essential part of our diet but one of our family members isn’t a huge egg fan and he does not consume pork products. But crazy enough one of his favorite meals pre carnivore was quiche! This is my version of crustless quiche made with homemade turkey sausage made in my favorite kitchen appliance, the Instant Pot!
