I used to curse aloooooot! One year ago I had a son, and I'm cursing free now. My kid is wirth it, and I'm not exposing him to street language inside the house, otherwise he won't tell the difference!

I agree totally, this is what makes more people mad about the world, nobody has any respect for others, and now even children, taking away their innocence like that; how can anyone think that a child who represents innocence should be exposed to swearing. I just don’t get it Jessica, I just don’t get it. *Sigh*
@@ShanaSephora yes The innocence is basically destroyed by parents allowing their children to do as they’d like, for example exposing them to all this social media. The permissive and uninvolved parenting. Steve is more like curse to scare them. But overall I think a child should be taught how to “RESPECT” without using curse words. As soon as child is born we need to put our “AUTHORITATIVE HATS” And “TEACH” primarily by example and of course by communicating what we need from them so we can coexist peacefully.
I cuss in 4 different languages and my kids understand them all.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with cursing around children, just don’t curse at them. As a mother I personally know that cursing around a child does not automatically make them have a sailors mouth. I rather they be exposed inside the home knowing that mommy has a potty mouth, and people outside our home may find it offensive.
Yeah, best to set those standards really, really low.

I still cannot understand why Steve would say it is okay to introduce cussing to your children at 2. I would think he would say never. There is nothing, zip, zero, nada, positive about cussing.

Introducing your two years old child to cussing at 2 years old and when he starts learning how to talk real good and going to school he's going to introduce those cuss words to his teachers or her teacher they're going to tell the teachers I learned this from my mother when I was 2 years old, great parenting scales NOT!!

I've been married to the best lady in the world, for 20 years. She is from Ukraine and with our first year as we were adjusting to each other she would on occasion cuss at me in Russian, and Ukrainian. I cussed in english. I knew a little bit of Russian no Ukrainian, she new a little english . She learned English cuss words by watching American movies. But God was helping us because we didn't understand each other so, like Steve sail we didn't feel the hate.
What a pity that as a mother you choose words that are not positive and encouraging. Profanity is negative and hurtful. Teach your children to respect themselves and others through their conduct and their language. Our words reflect the condition of our hearts.
Love listen - cussing is just a word with added punctuation. Many studies show those that cuss are more honest and it's a great pain reliever. You can cuss someone out without saying "cuss" words.

Hey Steve my husband and I had the same problem with our neighbours... they young and really loud. I think it's unfair for me to be bitting on my pillow because my daughter is in the next room while they let it all out 😠 😡 😔 😕 😞
