- PAIR MOD - remove and install smog plates
- HTEV MOD - remove the engine of the exhaust butterfly
- Flapper MOD - remove the flappers from the ram air intake

Many people use this... you can see it some info about it on the internet. just check PAIR MOD ;)
did the HTEV eliminator reduce power?
Jeremy Eden no, the htev is made for the engine to have better power or the range from low end toques to high end power
But it needs to be removed if you have a new slip on or a new air box etc any mods done to intake and exhaust otherwise the htev reduces power and doesn’t work properly
After removing the rubber hoses from the pair valves covers and unplugging the solenoid from the harness what goes into the harness plug . Should i fit one of smartmoto eliminator plugs or leave as is .

Does it over heat fast
No, it heats fast but runs at the specified temperatures. That will depend on the coolant you use, riding and the weather where you live. This mod won’t affect significantly the temperature
