No...if you have your own lot ..you can build a 2million house and its already beautiful...my friend built a 4million house and its more beautiful than this one

No, housing/real estate isn't determined by inflation. It's mostly about the location; in some places 11M isn't even enough for a studio apartment meanwhile you can build a mansion in a rural area for same amount of money

I've been subscribing to this channel since the pre-pandemic era and it's nice to see how your videos evolved from 3 minute house tours with Julia posing at some areas of the house and only voiceovers to Julia actually doing detailed tours, exploring every corner of the property, to hosting some special episodes.
I also like that they give each featured property the upscale treatment regardless of the location, and how Julia carries herself naturally while doing the tour. Keep up the good work!

If a person can afford a 10m home, he most likely has 2 cars in there and would need more space. I think it's time for townhouses to make their bottom floor as complete parking na instead of a living room pa
Ang liit ng floor area. 1 car garage lng rin. Nice modern amenities but for the price malaki tipid mo kung sa province lng ang lot.
I get the elegant finish and three floors, but this is so expensive for a 42-sqm lot. Tapos di man lang nilagyan ng glass enclosure yung shower areas. Saw a similarly priced and designed townhouse in Las Pinas pero more than twice yung size ng lupa, tapos inside secure subdivision pa.

I think it's not hygienic to have the stovetop placed beside the powder room. I get their intention to have a cr for every floor but they could have used that space as pantry instead.
