I just got the shadow elite 22 cal. I put a tasco 3x9x40 AO scope on mine. It really is fun to shoot
Why don't they make the gomo cfx with the power plant of the gamo hunter extreme se in 177
Don't knock sub 12ft pounds brother. I have taken small game 20yards easily with my HW30S. It has a whopping 6.5ft pounds at the muzzle. By small game I mean squirrel and birds.
I love the rifle because of the extremely low recoil for a springer. I wish Gamo would produce something similar.
Are the sprig pistons interchangeable with the gas pistons?
Hey there. Generally not. The interconnect between how the spring sits down in the action is different between the two.

So I have talked to you before about the gamo CFX and talk about a huge disappontment. I have done several videos on the gamo CFX and it has turned out to be the worst gun I have ever owned and after talking to several other people and the issues they had as well with the CFX it really needs to go back to the drawing board in my opinion.
I would not recommend the Gamo CFX to anyone.
Feel free to go watch all the videos I made to see what I am talking about. As for the first week or so it was fine and then it just tanked like no bodies business.
Hey there. I’ve owned several CFX rifles and variants over the years. They are 10 to 15 yard guns, mostly due to the lower power output. Not sure the issues you are having and if you’ve reached out to Gamo about having it looked at. I’m going to shot mine a lot more and see how it does. It’s certainly not a gun for everyone.

@@AirGunWeb Ya was going to send it back but me having pay almost $100 in shipping to send back a $169 gun really is not worth the hassle.
Like said if you get a chance and have the time some time go watch the 3 videos I did on this air rifle.
I do no twant to type all the issues wit hit here lol.
Funny think is it was your video you did years ago on the CFX that made me want to pick one up in the first place.
I do own a few other gamo air rifles that are great.
got the bone collector, swarm DX and a gamo varnit hunter in geen that I have had since 2014 and still a great gun.
Anyway always appreciate your response and thoughts Rick.

@BravoBassin - shipping is a pain. Not shure how you are trying to send it or from where, but it’s about $35 from west Texas to Rogers via UPS if you do it online and not through a shipping shop etc. but I get the fact that it’s a pain for sure.
I don’t know if I’ll get to watching your videos given my current backlog but we will see. If I do I will let you know. Thank you for your comments.
