Dan, I am here for you, sugar, and that suit is fire,but this home..lord where should I start.
1) No ceiling fans in bedrooms
2) No cabinet handles on any of the cabinets
3) Media, game room bigger than your Master for $1.5M+
4) The master should be at the minimum 20 x 20+
5) No fireplace in the master.
6) Cannot go outside from the Master
7) Need a separate sitting area in the master. When you add a chair or couch to the end of the bed, whoever is sitting in the bed has to move around and maneuver to watch the TV. In a home at this price point, I expect perfection.
8)) No jets in the master tub
9) No jets in the master shower
10) Small master closets
11) There should not be a jack n jill in a home that starts off at $1M. Every bedroom should have their own bathroom with a shower and separate tub.
12) Engineered wood in a $1.5M dollar home. The same vinyl wood that is at $250,000K price point.
This is a big home, but everything in this home can be found in lower price points. There are some bright spots of the home, but for a $M + my expectant level is high.
