Last trainee that had this stable vocals while dancing+ doing addlips was Yeonjung(WJSN) during Produce 101 "Into The New World". She had the most stable voice that whole season and I am still mad her team didn't win that round! She was INCREDIBLE! They were so robbed. I really hope thise team wins, or at least Jay gets a decent amount of votes because he truly deserves it! This whole team deserves to win! But I'm waiting to see Group K's preformance and decide.

For someone who has been listening to kpop for years, Jay's vocals is a breath of fresh air. His voice doesn't sound like those usual kpop male voices that you hear that is why Jay stands out for me. I remember when I first heard DO's voice, I was so blown away and that made me stan EXO back in the day. Jay gave justice to this cover, his voice is just a chef's kiss. After the announcement of the lineup, I keep going back to jay's videos on the show and I can only conclude that he was legit the best singer on the show; how can someone hit those hella difficult stable notes so effortlessly while dancing. I watched a YT short comparing the two’s bridge and i liked Hui/Yedam(I’m not sure what his name is) more at first, but after fully watching both performances, I definitely prefer Jay overall. With the other group’s guy, you can definitely see him thinking of the next high note in his movements (I do this too tho😂), but Jay’s are so fluid
I think we all should clap for that centre guy who left his main vocal position and suggested Jay to have it rather. Bcz for him we could see Jay slaying the notes! And Jay was also an angel, he left centre position and became main vocal for his team. This team was fully united from the beginning.

Boys Planet wasn't dumb at all, because of Boys Planet so many contestants were able to debut even if it wasn't in ZB1 (including Jay). Also, the group that came out of Boys Planet is made up of talented people so it's not like it's just a bunch of pretty faces and that's it.

It's kind of expected that K team would win because they have the most popular ones in the group. They were stable, however, G Team was more fun to watch and left an impression on a lot of people. But it's just shocking how Jay and Hui's scores are so far apart (even with Haruto's) when we all know they're both neck and neck with their vocals. Even Hui himself admitted that Jay's voice fits Love Me Right better. They deserve much more. I'm kind of pissed about the live audience. For International Fans, focus on voting for contestants from G Team. They only have us. We don't have to worry about others.

Ikrrr!! Team K is good and seeing their performance is actually like watching robots perform, its perfect, its as expected. However, TEAM G gave the song a new flavor. All the members added character to the song and I think they fit the song so well. Its fun and oozing with freshness. This may be bad but I kinda hope that those live audience did not experience this marvelous performance. TEAM G deserves a better set of audience!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHAT THE HECK i watched this show just now bcs i can't sleep and I didn't expect anything but this Jay guy voice is???????? From the first time he opened his mouth singing rush hour i immediately fall in loveeee and not only the god tier voice he has he's high note is stable while doing the dance also👏🏻 if he make it to debut for sure he'll bring new colors to the kpop industry. After watching K team perform I just know they would’ve gotten more votes because if you listen to their fancams, the crowd was singing the fanchant and were much louder than when G team performed. I still loved G’s performance more only because they were super bubbly, absolutely loved K team too but if it weren’t in Korea where K team is obviously more biased I feel like G would have more of a chance at winning💔
Yeah I also think the other team had a really big advantage having hui in their group. Mnet keeps trying to downplay Hui and trying to make him seem clumsy but it’s so obvious that hui is just too advanced for this show, it might not show during their practice from what mnet edits but it does when he’s on stage,it’s hard to hide that. he’s basically, no, he’s DEFINITELY a legend in the industry and I just find it a bit unfair.

I love Hui and I think he's an amazing singer but I think Jay's voice suited this song SOOOO WELL that even Hui couldn't beat him for me, Jay's high note is just really satisfying I can't get over it
They both have a different vibe, Jay suit this song a lot more than Hui, If Hui choose a different song that can show off his high note range it will be amazing
I think it’s actually partly a thing of stylistic singing, Jays singing is ultra stylish and stable while Hui’s is very manufactured and mainstream sounding (probably due to his trainee days and obviously being in Pentagon) Jay’s voice has extreme amounts of style and “swag” (hate that word) while Hui’s lacks identity but is extremely impressive on every technical standpoint over jays in most situations
They maybe lost the battle but they won and captured so many hearts, their performance is still everywhere and gaining hundred thousands of likes and million of views on tiktok and twitter. I will never forget this team, they have the healthiest teamwork, they have the best intentions, they enjoyed and so do we. LEGENDARY!

Jay’s vocals are definitely the best out of all the trainees in my opinion. It gives me chills every time. His vibrato and stable vocals are so smooth and unique at the same time. Flawless. Also, Haruto is such a good rapper and his energy is so unique, he definitely knows how to stand out.
No one is talking about HONG HAI, look how smart he was in choosing the team, he is so balanced with a happy and harmonious aura, and he presented so well!! Without a doubt, the exchange of WUMUTI and JAY was very good and intelligent, they were very rational! HARUTO and WINNIE shined in their lines, as rappers, they got along great!HARU has an incredible presence, he expresses himself so well with his dancing, without a doubt the LOVE ME RIGHT concept fits his look very well, I hope to hear more of his voice! ANTHONNY it was so cute! His voice has a very common essence of great Japanese vocalists, I'm glad that essence didn't come out of him even singing a kpop song!

coming back here after a year. i’m so happy he won build up and as P01 no less. this show has been traumatic for me, i knew jay deserved so much better. when he didn’t get in zb1’s lineup, i felt like he was meant for something else! mnet probably didn’t want to let him go just yet so they made another show that’s more suitable for him - to build a vocal boy group! he debuted solo, as a member of one pact, and now with BDU. my boy is going places and he’s just getting started. i’m so happy for him 🎉

Listen closely how Jay sings, actually he is even more than his charismatic texture of voice, but he subtly add a lot of tiny grace note (but that is way more obvious in practice than in this actual performance). I think he actually add quite a lot of soul inside the song, that make it so captivating!!

It's kind of expected that K team would win because they have the most popular ones in the group. They were stable, however, G Team was more fun to watch and left an impression on a lot of people. But it's just shocking how Jay and Hui's scores are so far apart (even with Haruto's) when we all know they're both neck and neck with their vocals. Even Hui himself admitted that Jay's voice fits Love Me Right better. They deserve much more. I'm kind of pissed about the live audience.

After watching K team perform I just know they would’ve gotten more votes because if you listen to their fancams, the crowd was singing the fanchant and were much louder than when G team performed. Yeah I also think the other team had a really big advantage having hui in their group. Mnet keeps trying to downplay Hui and trying to make him seem clumsy but it’s so obvious that hui is just too advanced for this show, it might not show during their practice from what mnet edits but it does when he’s on stage,it’s hard to hide that. he’s basically, no, he’s DEFINITELY a legend in the industry and I just find it a bit unfair.

I think it’s actually partly a thing of stylistic singing, Jays singing is ultra stylish and stable while Hui’s is very manufactured and mainstream sounding (probably due to his trainee days and obviously being in Pentagon)
Jay’s voice has extreme amounts of style and “swag” (hate that word) while Hui’s lacks identity but is extremely impressive on every technical standpoint over jays in most situations

coming back here after a year. i’m so happy he won build up and as P01 no less. this show has been traumatic for me, i knew jay deserved so much better. when he didn’t get in zb1’s lineup, i felt like he was meant for something else! mnet probably didn’t want to let him go just yet so they made another show that’s more suitable for him - to build a vocal boy group! he debuted solo, as a member of one pact, and now with BDU. my boy is going places and he’s just getting started. i’m so happy for him 🎉
