Mini split stopped working. Try these fixes first. Most home owners can do!

- Another Easy Fix for most mini splits with F1 Error Code that most home owners can do. Several different fixes for error codes. I listed some better mini splits that are very popular and have received really good reviews. made for the DIY home owner to be able to install without special tools or equipment. We are an affiliate with Signature solar and receive a small portion of any sales made through the links in description, this helps us to purchase, unbox, set up, review and let you know how well the product was to use. pros and cons of product. I will tell you I personally have not had any issues with any of the products I purchased through Signature Solar before becoming an affiliate or after becoming an affiliate. No issues regardless of new or refurbished products. I am discontinuing using the MPP inverters due to constant issues and replacing with either Growatt or EG4 products in the future. Everything from Signature Solar has worked as it should straight out of the box. For this reason I only recommend the products they sell. I have run into issues with other products purchased from other suppliers and can no longer recommend their products at this time. I still currently use the other equipment purchased while affiliate at full price from other suppliers but can not recommend their brands anymore. The quality and customer service has been exceptional at Signature Solar, every interaction has been outstanding. Links for products are below.

😮😮 Wow my 12,000 btu Senville is blowing strong heat again like it supposed to 🙂
So what did you have to do to get it blowing heat again
@diy-solar-guy well I had already cleaned it including the sensors when I first messaged you the other day so today I unplugged it. I waited a while then i put it on its own solar inverter separate from everything else I'm running i set it on 80° put it on high turned it on hit follow me & waited & sure enough it started blowing its a lil warmer today here in Northwest Ohio like 50 °
@diysolaradventures7894 I am so happy you have the heat back on. Mini splits are not expensive but can have some quirks that will shut it down, most are easy to fix. Congrats on getting your heat going again .

@@diysolaradventures7894 should be at least 8 inches below the ceiling to get proper air flow, but your installation instructions would tell you if you still have them or can download the pdf.
For some reason my mini split won't blow hard like it supposed to when I put it on high it just stays on medium or low I'm trying to figure out what could be causing this because it does get hot but won't blow strong & hard..
Try cycling thru the modes, try on auto for a few minutes, then cool for a few minutes. Try either unplug from electric plug or turn off breaker, wait 10 minutes and try again. Sometimes it just needs to be reset by unplugging. I was having that problem with one of my Premium brand units for days. Disconnected power for 10 minutes, cycled thru the speed setting from high, medium, low and back to high. Then when I pressed the turbo button, it started working. I also lost connection with my phone app and still have not corrected that issue yet. Crappy app on phone. Hope these tips help you to get it to start blowing on turbo high again. Also if you try to move vent up when pointed towards the ground it will sense it and slow down heat and speed of fan. If you position it back pointing down where it should be it might speed up ad engage high speed and turbo blowing of fan. Good luck with these tips and hope they work for you. @diy-solar-guy thank when u tried ur turbo was u in heating mode or cooling mode ?
@@diysolaradventures7894 you should be able to use turbo on heat or cool, al least I can on all my mini splits.
