This was my very first wheel and it opened an entire new world of racing for me. I used it for over 3 years with no fault and it brought me un-measurable amounts of joy.
Its perfect for getting into sim racing or moving away from a controller and gives you the change to decide if you want to start going down the road of sim racing.
I hold this wheel dear to my heart. The only problem that I had was not with the wheel but the pedals. The teeth on the pedal that connect to the actuator eventually snapped (in the 3rd year of use) during an intense racing in F1 fighting for the lead and the acc pedal stopped responding leaving me gutted but also put a smile on my face as it gave me a huge sense of immersion on the emotional side as I truly felt what a driver must feel when a technical issue stops their race, it was amazing.

This was my first ever wheel. It was very fun when I did get it, got it for 100 USD at Walmart. One thing I hated the most was the steering rotation being locked and didn't have that much. This was so much fun moving away form a controller. When I got my PC a year ago I got tons of racing games to be faced with it only working on Xbox. So now I purchased a G920 with the shifter and cant wait for it to arrive. This steering wheel was great. Only thing that broke on me was the desk clamp because I over tighten it. I would recommend it to the age range 11 and below, kids like me will have so much fun on this wheel.

This was my first racing wheel a couple of years ago, and honestly it's much more involving feeling when driving with a wheel to comparison with driving on controller. It's really fun and a good price. It looks and feels good. They tend to develop an issue with the potentiometer making it recogize false inputs making it a bit annoying, but it happens first at least to me after quite some time, like 2-3 years of pretty heavy driving to what I can recall. But I even got a free replacement so I'm really satisfyied with the whole thing

Inside the box (besides the peds and wheel) there are three squarish pieces of cardboard. Partially attach the smaller piece and attach the other two same sized pieces to the outside of the center piece and tighten everything down. That will somewhat stabilize your racing wheel on your lap until you get a proper setup. 🙂

I had this wheel about 5 years ago before I had a ffb wheel, for casual games like Forza it is more than enough to consistently win online races, I even regularly drifted with this thing. You need to treat it like a controller with the lack of force feedback. If you're any good with a controller, then you should be able to get used to this pretty quickly.
If you've never had a wheel then you'll enjoy this, if you've used any other wheels before then this will still do the job but just feel underwhelming. I'd recommend just saving up for a tmx, much better value for money.
Mine ended up breaking after less than 6 months, got a tmx after which lasted 4 years, now I have a fanatec clubsport V2.5

the t80 was my first wheel, the wheel itself was nice but it should’ve had a bigger steering radius, also the pedals were flimsy and broke not long after the purchase (like a month or so) now I have a g923 which I personally recommend as the best starter wheel, but yeah if your kid just wants to mess around in need for speed, the t80 is a good choice.

I have this. I love it. Good design quality and good paddle shifters. Yeah no force feedback, but that's ok. I'm still driving. The pedals are kinda mid though, I have to put weights on them and put my feet in a weird position. I don't have a setup, so no joke, I use one of those old school desks with a chair attached to it. The chair faces the TV, and there's metal bars infront of the pedals so I can't move them farther.

The wheel only has 180 degrees of turning radius, but since the wheel has elastic cords instead of any force feedback it can turn quickly if you need it to without any trouble. You have to try not to turn it hard into it's lock angle, especially repeatedly, since it’s made of plastic and breaks easily.

After the 3 years though, the red grips came loose and in Forza Horizon 4 would turn the car different directions randomly when the steering wheel was straight. If the car is turning when the wheel is straight, it's probably because there is no deadzone, since it's basically impossible to hold it perfectly straight , try increasing deadzone in the settings, it should make it better

I own the T80 for PS4, and although I never had issues with the wheel, I had trouble with the pedals which (in my opinion) are a little too close to each other, so sometimes my feet scrape against each other and that feels uncomfortable while driving. Also the wheel doesn't even do a full rotation, and half a rotation isn't even possible, so the real wheel feeling isn't there either. Even though it's not as good as say a Logitech G29, I learned my way into using the brake and the gas pedal, so that is a plus. Competitive racing is difficult due to no force feedback and the very limited rotations you have on the wheel. Also sometimes when I play F1 and press the left or right dpad, it also goes up and down sometimes because the dpad is a bit too responsive at some times, but that is the least issue I have. The flaps are loud indeed, but I didn't have any problems with the placement, but that is personal preference of course. Overall it is indeed a good wheel for beginners and younger sim-race drivers, but when you get older or want to have more of a real race feeling, consider a better thrustmaster with force feedback and more rotations, or buy another wheel like the G29 (for people with no price range) or a mid-tier wheel with force feedback.

I used it the same way aggressively for the past 2 years and i never head any problems, nothing on it broke except the rubber on the wheel which a little of it came of because of extendet use. I just bought my today and with few hours of playing, he isn’t wrong when he says this wheel is a casual wheel, but with most sim driving, you’ll be racing. Definitely in Need 4 Speed, Forza and high competitive wheel. It’s not worth it, if you know specs, input… you will realize the first few hours that the wheel isn’t responsive, the pedal feel fine and respond pretty well but over all the wheel isn’t responsive there is a 1.8 second delay and in a race S-X car ranks you’ll notice this delay may be a problem, losing control will suck as it’s much difficult to save yourself, not impossible but you’ll find yourself spinning out for few seconds. I will be returning this as I paid 130$ the wheel overall didn’t do what it was supposed too and caused me to have a headache, the lack to connect this to a pc doesn’t allow you to re adjust the programming which leaves the wheel as default state, you can change the setting by doing a command but that’s still not good enough, look into other wheels built with quality, and are more responsive, but like he said this is good for kids or people that want to casually drive in game but as someone that races X rank cars or F1 simulators this makes it completely tricky and difficult to use
