Nice; I would change to an electric stove, get rid of the gas stove, and then re-arrange the kitchen; also I would use the second bedroom upstairs as my office/den; finally I would take out the shelves next to the laundry sink and add a washing machine. Udderwise a nice little property - maybe in time the garage next door cud be purchased, and would add even moore room to the place! 10K maybe? :=8)

Being close to doctors would be a major advantage over more remote places in Italy. This place does need some TLC but not too much. All-in-all I would say that it's just about move-in ready. What I want to know is why the price has dropped. Why isn't this place already sold? Can the owner finance the loan for $1000 per month? That might make the difference.

It holds my heart. ❤ My wheelchair is electric 220 vlts hook up for the battery. A Chemist in a town is a must! I will need a place for my handicap van.

You can find homes more horizontal on the outskirts of town and/or new construction. In saying that, for example there are a couple of people in our town that are disabled and use wheelchairs/scooters and they seem to have a full life.
In America, the seller normally fixs the problem. Or they grant thousands or the cost of what it cost to fix the issue. They must disclose the problem . Is it not in Italy? I hear and see the problems but I do not hear you say, the seller will fix. You say this amount to fix inferring the buyer will fix. I know some homes sell the furnishing too. Is this inferred too?
Can an owner say that they would say as is? Yes. Can a prospective buyer say that their offer is conditional to the issue being fixed by the owner prior to the purchase? Yes
