Very beautifully played
maravilleux!!!!
they play so well together. guy’s flute looks almost ridiculous with that headjoint but i think its so stylish. would love such an instrument.
It's actually a french model by hotteterre (french maker and composer).
C’est admirable. Tout ! Bravo !
Beautiful
So perfect performance
Beautiful!
Very nice location
Yeah, not a bloody church for a change, I like that very much too.
molto bravi!
Très beau les amis! :)
THANK YOU!!
Cool Hotteterre flute
Beautiful! Thank you for sharing.
I've enjoyed playing this, too, but we took the first movement's fast sections (starting at 00:30) at exactly half the speed seen here!
Beautiful playing! What flutes are you using, please?
I love baroque music, but I can't play no instrument. Though, I think I could very well do such a videoclip, faking eyee and hands movements.
I want to listen to live performances!
I got into playing baroque music with the recorder. Really nice economical plastic models exist. Aulos even makes a plastic baroque flute I think is very good.
Quelle est cette bibliothèque et que sont tous ces livres svp?
Excellent performance, but a cello without vibrato has no soul, nor is it historically informed.
😂😂😂
Most "historically-informed" performances are anything but.

I don't know much about the topic, maybe the cello is used with the score of a viola da gamba, the old musical pieces did not have much vibrato.
When occasionally and decently applied, vibrato can be an effectful decoration. When used customarily as by "modern style" cellists, it destroys expression and articulation/phrasing, because it leads to stressing every note and holding it relentlessly until the end. This creates a doughy and gluey sound which is more appropriate for Wagner than for Dornel.
ENCore, enCORE !!!!
