The new VP series started off on a good start . I love KS’s laughter ; so genuine and straight from the heart ❤️❤️ Wow P d S is in the top 50 in the world when it comes to Pizza🍕 Yes the vibe is good 👍. So you have ordered a Half & Half - Margarita & Marinara ( Neapolitan Style ) However the first dish that came on your table is Not an Arancino ( simply loved the stuffing of the Deep Fried Ball of Spaghetti in Pesto sauce , mozzarella cheese and sun-dried tomatoes , Parmesan in a home made Marinara sauce) 😋😋 I usually love the Arancini deep fried rice balls with a delectable stuffing. This one that you ordered also seems to be excellent. The spaghetti in the pesto sauce with the stringy Mozzarella cheese and their Marinara sauce would have accentuated the overall experience. Wow wow - The Pizza looks very good ( Typical Neapolitan Pizza 🍕 style ) . The crust was good and airy and had a good flop 👍👍 Did a quick Recce ; the owner of PdS is Susanna Di Cosimo ( Originally from Naples ; started her career as a Legal Secretary and then moved to tourism to promote Italian travellers to visit India & Nepal . She loved India so much that she decided to stay here and opened the Pizzeria during Covid time 2020 in Gurgaon - Wow what a lady ) . Need to check if they have an outlet in Mumbai . Now time for the Coffee Connoisseurs to have some Coffee Parcel from Blue Tokai with Berry Mascarpone Croissant 🥐. Thoroughly enjoyed the special day with you folks in 2 parts ; both were special as two special persons came together on this date several years ago and the tradition continues.
