Pokémon White 2 (US) - Every PWT Champion!

- Hey everyone!
I got a ROM of US White 2 yesterday, and decided to record something I've been planning for this past week, going through every single Champion with a team made out of Pokémon from each respective Generation, for example, Gen I for Blue, Gen II for Lance, and so on. My teams were made with the help of a good friend of mine, his channel is DannehB0i, and he makes cool Wi-Fi battle videos, so check him out.
Unfortunately, due to the fact CZcams won't let me make a long description, I can only go into detail about my teams. First of all...
Gen I:
My team here is Ninetales, Charizard and Victreebel. Ninetales with Drought activates Charizard's and Victreebel's abilities, she's a Special Sweeper with a Choice Scarf to be able to be faster than her opponents. Then we have Charizard which is an even stronger Special Sweeper, with Life Orb and Solar Power. Both those factors make Charizard's moves twice as powerful, basically making this battle easier than any other one. Victreebel ends up having a bit of trouble with Blue's Pokémon, especially Arcanine, but Charizard prevented it from getting any trouble at all.
Then we have...
Gen II:
My team here is Politoed, Kingdra and Scizor. Politoed activates rain with Drizzle, which helps Water-Type Pokémon, and activates Kingdra's Swift Swim. Politoed's a bit of a tank, with a bit high Special Attack, he has Hypnosis which can make opponents useless. Kingdra's a Special Sweeper, which gets faster with Swift Swim. Scizor's the normal Physical Sweeper that's normally seen online, it did save me against Lance.
After this, we have...
Gen III:
My team this time is Blaziken, Milotic and Medicham. Blaziken's a Physical Sweeper that can use its Speed and Attack boosting to inflict more damage, or Baton Pass to Medicham to make her cause a lot of trouble. Milotic's a Tank/Special Sweeper, Flame Orb makes her activate her Marvel Scale, and her Special Attack allows her to hit and run, using a move and using Recover if needed. She's a great help against Wallace with her Hidden Power Grass. Finally, we have Medicham, not many people like it, but with Pure Power, it can cause amazing damage, and even more with Life Orb.
Then...
Gen IV:
My team is Abomasnow, Froslass and Weavile. Abomasnow was VERY lucky with the fact Garchomp used Swords Dance instead of Stone Edge, managed to use Blizzard, activate Focus Sash, and end Garchomp with Hail. Then we have Froslass, which can use Destiny Bond in case she's in trouble, and with her high Speed, she manages to take most of her opponents down with her, like it happened with Spiritomb, against which she was also very lucky. Weavile is the stereotypical Weavile Sweeper, Jolly, with Swords Dance, Brick Break, Ice Punch and Night Slash, as well as Focus Sash, the most basic Weavile set you can get.
Finally, we have...
Gen V:
My last team is Reuniclus, Escavalier and Jellicent. It's a Trick Room team, activated by Reuniclus and Jellicent. Reuniclus has a Focus Sash to withstand Volcarona's first move, and manage to always activate Trick Room, it also has Psyshock for Volcarona's low Defense, and Psychic for the other Pokémon's Special Defense. It finally has Signal Beam for Krookodile and Alder's own Reuniclus. Then we have Escavalier, it's made to be used while Trick Room is activated, very low Speed, so it'll almost always hit first with it, it's a great counter against Alder's Reuniclus, as it's a Steel-Type so Psychic and Toxic are pretty much useless, it can also survive Conkeldurr and Krookodile, if a bit lucky. Finally, we have Jellicent, which is a Special Trick Room Sweeper. It also has Trick Room like Reuniclus, and has Recover, Surf and Shadow Ball, it was made to mainly counter Chandelure, although in this battle, it didn't come out, heh, lucky me.
That's all about my teams. And about the Champions... All I can say is... Blue's still acting like Gary Motherfucking Oak, and for some reason... Lance's script is basically taken from G/S/C/HG/SS, why? I don't know.

IKR? Honestly after gen 5 all we get is a simple battle tower format post game and a couple of post game trainer battles. but nothing more. BW2 was truly the pinnacle of post game content in a pokemon game.

This was so good back in the day, the game was so expansive that you could explore many places and so many post game missions. I wish they do this in the other games of pokemon where the post game still has a story and quite engaging.
Black and white 2 is by far the best pokemon game for me.
I agree. While Sword and Shield's post game does a great job of concluding Hop's character arc, it's still an overall mediocre experience. I really just want the PWT to come back...
@@esteban8471 Sword and shield's "postgame" is literally just a 3 hour fetch quest, and I think the thing that summarises it the best is the cutscene where hop throws literally nothing at one of the cover legendaries. THEY FORGOT TO PUT A POKEBALL INTO HIS HAND LMFAO

This was the peak of pokemon games… after this it was all a downfall, they are still good, but not half epic as this

@@ktoonio6865 sorry but Ghetsis and Team Plasma are the second worst team in the franchise just behind the Magma/Aqua imbeciles. Characters are too inconsistent and motivations were not that good, the story is decent and that's it, Ruby and Sapphire had that problem but Emerald fixed the Gen.
I won't deny N is probably a top 3 character in the series and that's why BW2 are so good. But BW? Lol.

If you want to beat the PWT, you need to be a battling master. (My bad, battling EXPERT) These teams can seriously destroy you. The hard part is that you don’t know who you are going up against, so have fun planning ahead for your opponents. The PWT, in my opinion, is the hardest postgame thing for you to fully beat. Good luck!

This is all the more reason Pokemon should have ended in Generation 5. Battles with other Champion trainers in post game like Cynthia, Steven, Lance, Wallace, Blue or Red was all the more satisfying that makes you feel like you achieved your goal as honorably the best trainer in this game. BW1/2 will forever be the last best masterpieces before gamefreak lost they're good touch on making good games. BW2 was the best game that should have ended the series as everything you completed in this game makes you feel like you accomplished everything in this universe of Pokemon.

Huh, in Red/Blue/Green Red was 10/11 years old, in Gold/Silver/Crystal he was 14 years old, in this game he's 16+ years old. That means the next time we meet Red, he might be an Epic Old Man still wearing the same clothes.

The second one Gen 3, 4 and 5.
And the Third one Gen 6 Kalos and ORAS and maybe S/M.

The winners of the other battles are chosen at random, completely. As for Lance having Gen 5 Pokémon... That's how it is, Lance can't have duplicates, which Dragonite would be, so they gave him more dragons. Plus, there's no rule that restricts them to their respective Gen.

Iris is awesome...Not sure what you dislike about her, she's that beacon of light after the final battle with Team Plasma, she's just having a fun battle with you and that's what makes her a great champion, she's not there just to brag and be an ass, she did it because of her bond with her Pokemon. Her battle theme and battle scene are just amazing, perfectly capturing the final battle in a fun and challenging, I really don't see why she's "The Worst Champion" But, to each their own...

Whenever I play PWT on my White 2 game and i see Red Vs Blue, I was always dying to see that match. I always had fingers crossed to see which of the pallet town trainers i would face against next.

For anybody that doesn't know how to unlock it, here are all the steps.
- Beat the Elite 4
- Beat the Unova Leaders Tournament
- Beat the Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh Leaders Tournament
- Beat the World Leaders Tournament *10* times
And if you completed all these steps, Champions Tournament should be unlocked.
I rewatch to have the sounds of battle WITH the sexy battle music. Feels better than just naked music playing.

Once I saw Garchomp use Swords Dance I started getting soooooo hype then the hail KO'ed. To be quite honest that legitimately made me depressed.

Get EV-reducing berries (like Tamato, Kelpsy or Haban). Make sure you use all six varieties until you don't get the "[stat] fell!" message anymore. Then, you can EV train as you wish.
Of course, if your Lucario has crappy IVs, you could still get outsped, depending on the Pokémon.
Those teams have really good strategies for battling

now with gen 6 the tournament is a little outdated. also where is iris? and the thing I don't like here is instead of describing them as champion they are phm trainer apparently. I get that you beat them before they came here but then how can you rechallenge them at their respective pokemon leagues
Iris is at the Pokémon League, since she's the Champion, and you can rebattle her as much as you wish. They're the regions' various Champions, but not Unova's, so they're just Pkmn Trainers. You're thinking a bit too hard about this, in my opinion.

You get placed in the Hall of Fame as the Champion, but since you continue your journey through the region, they take the place of Champion as per usual.

Mega Lucario, and Mega Garchomp that can now learn Dragon Dance, Earthquake, and Swords Dance- oh, i forgot to mention Hyper Beam if i was GameFreak.
And the Spiritomb would be Lv.80 - 70 in the battle- rematch would be all Mons level 80 - 90
they are going to be remade soon (think of it), first remake was FR LG ,which is Gen I, next remake was HG SS, which is Gen II, next was OR AS, which was Gen III, which means that DP (Gen IV) is going to be the next remake. I hope everyone already knows about that.
And next remake will be Gen V (I'm kind of excited for that, because of the PWT only).
@@mrorange2095 When Gen 5 gets remade, the PWT will have the champions of Kalos, Alola, Galar, and probably another region or two. Or the PWT will be removed entirely. Equally likely.

How did you get it to run so smoothly? The game I mean.
DeSmuME's AVI recorder records the gameplay at full speed, no matter how well or badly the emulator itself is running the game, so I could have the game run at 25% speed, but the video itself will always be at 100% speed.

The Champions Tournament is SEVERELY DIFFICULT!! Does anybody have a strategy for beating this bloody tournament? Cause I've tried countless times and failed miserably!! I usually use an Arcanine (ExtremeSpeed, Flare Blitz, Outrage and Dig), Milotic (Scald, Ice Beam, Rest and Toxic) and a Dragonite (Outrage, Fire Punch, Ice Beam and Earthquake) but I have only managed to either win or lose in the first round. I barely advance to the second round, and the finals is a lost cause!! I feel like there's a fat chance I will win the Champions League!!
dude071297 If I wanna do rotation battles, I want to use Arcanine, Milotic, Dragonite and I need a 4th in reserve but I think that one of my actual team isnt gonna cut it in the Champions PWT. Oh! Can I use Hydreigon?
Are you sure that Arcanine should learn Crunch or SolarBeam. And as for Dragonite, I dont understand why Ice Punch is better than the beam version.

Gen 4 (Platinum) had it’s own Battle Frontier
Gen 5 (Black and White 2) had this masterpiece.
