I'm laughing cause I'm a queer, neurodivergent astrologer / tarot reader / human design reader, been listening to every episode since y'all started, and every time you talk about something like this I think "ooh, I should pitch them on an episode to bust some myths and talk about how you can use this stuff in your life in a way that's affirming and builds self trust instead of just being about prediction and pop sun sign astrology," but then I'll think oh, they've already done the episode, though, so probably it'd be too much to do the same topic again... and here's another one! Okay, maybe I really should write that email 😂
But also, just a general tip-when you're looking at synastry (combining charts in a relationship), check out the compatibility between Sun and Moon and/or Mars and Venus, not Sun to Sun! ❤Personally, I tend to notice more "stuff" around someone's Moon sign and whether I "get" it, since the Moon represents your emotional needs, but it's also interesting to look at Mercury and how you communicate. If you have Mercury in the same element (air, fire, earth, or water sign) that can be really helpful, but also I find the for example Mercury in Pisces and Mercury in Sagittarius (both mutable Mercuries that don't do well with a kind of mainstream culture "just the facts ma'am!" communication) can be really compatible.

I’m a Scorpio and honestly most days the horoscope doesn’t have any similarities or whatever with my life
But I feel like they are very general so most people can read any (Scorpio reading Virgo or what ever) and be able to see something they can relate to
Definitely-it's tough to write Sun sign horoscopes, because the astrological transits are actually based on your rising sign, and even with that, there are so many variations in an entire chart that you're only going to be be able to share so much with a general audience! I've never written horoscopes because as an autistic astrologer I'm just like "ack, too much nuance." But if you ever want to try again, I recommend checking out Alice Sparkly Kat, and read for your rising sign.
