Why is it that after sampling a half a dozen videos that are supposed to be "10 Hz" they all sound different? Aren't they all supposed to be the same? I think these are all bogus claims.

because many are not 10hz, or 10 wave cycles per second. you can count them here to confirm this is accurate

Humans can't hear 10hz, so in order to create a 10hz you can hear, they play 2 tones that you can hear (binaural beat) where the difference is 10hz between them, which then allows you to experience/listen to a "constructed" 10 hz, so if one content creator uses a 50hz tone and a 40hz tone to create 10hz - that is one sound, but if it is 60hz and 50hz, different sound, still 10hz binaural beat. 20hz is the theoretical lowest sound humans can hear with a single tone. Anything below that has to be created with more than 1 tone.

@@bruceburns332 You're talking about tones. The 10 hz in question is the rhythm of the "beat". 10 per second. Not the frequency of the tone. Binaural tones are two tones in separate ears that create a discrepancy. Isochronic beats is an actual, measurable beat, and doesn't work very well for higher frequencies, since it's actually the HIGHER frequencies we can't detect rather than lower in this case.
My personal experience is that binaural tones work better in general.

the frequency can be 40,50,60...and so on, the repetition of those frequencies is 10 beats per second/hertz.
