listened to this about four times now; already notice a cessation of unwanted thoughts of an illicit nature - which is fantastic. i get rather enervated by the unlooked for and undesired random thoughts of this nature. i can shut off the internal dialogue, stop running word structures back and forth, and even then, i have a thought pop in out of nowhere. it’s been days, and frankly, good riddance to bad rubbish.

the kingdom of heaven is not a place, it is a state of consciousness. to be truly and fully open to this, one must first be on a path away from the world. this, i have travelled for quite some time; but still carry the scars of living in the world - many, from the path away, as loss and regret are part of this path. i seek, yearn, struggle towards a true resonance with the divine.

I feel dizzy, is it normal? It is my first time that I am listening to scalar waves! Is there some part with low frequency, cause I can not hear anything in some part of the video, or something like a low low whisper, or like a blow of pure energy passing through my speakers?

I'm not 100% sure if listening to this will work, but what I know for sure works is working on yourself/self-improvement (eating healthy, exercise, MEWING and things like that) I don't think listening to this alone will make a huge impact. Work on yourself and then also listen to this (if you truly feel it helps)
