  • Steamed chives dumplings are very popular and appreciated in the South-East of China. They are known as 'Gu Chai Gue' in Teochew dialect. Taste them if you haven’t yet done, so you will be conquered. They are easy to make at home.

Thank you for your recipes . How to make it more chewy i find the skin very soft .adding more glutinous rice flour or do more kneading the dough to make it more elastic feel .

Hi would you mind telling us what brand did you use for the rice flour, tapioca starch and glutinous rice flour? Thanks.

Thank you very much for your recipe! It is delicious. I was wondering, is it okay to use a stand mixer (dough hook attachment) for mixing the dough? Thank you!

whatever I try to add once again the flours.... finally it can be a dough, but can't make a bowl.............

Hi, you should add the boiling water (not hot water) into the flour. You knead the dough for about 5 minutes, then you put it in a bag and you can let it rest for 30 minutes. Please let me know about the result if you try again. Thank you.
