- Steamed chives dumplings are very popular and appreciated in the South-East of China. They are known as 'Gu Chai Gue' in Teochew dialect. Taste them if you haven’t yet done, so you will be conquered. They are easy to make at home.

Thank you for your recipes . How to make it more chewy i find the skin very soft .adding more glutinous rice flour or do more kneading the dough to make it more elastic feel .
Cool! Nice dumplings! I don't know if I will be able to make them soon, but I enjoyed watching your video!

Hi would you mind telling us what brand did you use for the rice flour, tapioca starch and glutinous rice flour? Thanks.
Thank you very much for your recipe! It is delicious. I was wondering, is it okay to use a stand mixer (dough hook attachment) for mixing the dough? Thank you!
I'm late to this, but yes, I've seen people do this. It works.
材料份量及做法可以用中文字幕顯示以及用晉通話解説?謝謝!
請問,有沒有中文呢?是什麼材料和份量呢?因為....我聽不懂英文!
Hello , when my dumpling cool down , why is too hard to eat
👍
Hello, Thanks for your teaching.. But.... after I add the hot water into the flour..... is cannot be same as your dough.. is just as a liquid........ I don't know why. I have follow all your instruction...... This is the 2nd time I try still like it. Would you give me some advise? Thanks~
whatever I try to add once again the flours.... finally it can be a dough, but can't make a bowl.............
Hi, you should add the boiling water (not hot water) into the flour. You knead the dough for about 5 minutes, then you put it in a bag and you can let it rest for 30 minutes. Please let me know about the result if you try again. Thank you.
Are you sure you don’t mean 50 ml?
👍💜💜💜💜💜
My Mom makes this too! Are you Teo Chew?
Hi, yes I am.
@@MorganeRecipes That's so cool. I am too!! I love your content. ❤️
How did you all get it right? The dough is sticking as hell
Have u tried adding a bit more flour/starch, and kneading the dough?
Also, letting the dough rest about 20 minutes after kneading, before using it may help.
Also, the water should be boiling, not just hot.
And maybe the measurements for water was translate wrong? Only put in enough as it looks to you.
@@weaponscommanderroringusan5625 if I am brave enough, I’ll try again and will come back to you!!! Thank you xx
