I remember when I watched Eluko79's video of this same freeway several years ago; I had no idea the interstate was so damn nice through there. Especially because it seems so bland outside of the city limits...then BAM, super interesting urban freeway design and overall fun factor. Really enjoyed your version of this freeway; hope to see it in person one day.
Really? Peoria is the eighth largest city in Illinois. The rehab added a third lane through much of the city AND it has a bypass of the city. The work really gave it extra capacity for local traffic if it grows, but yeah, put the Kennedy in there.
