I came across your channel randomly when you did a vlog on Shai Hills and I clicked because you looked like a Romanian girl who had been in my high school and I thought you were her. But after a few minutes, I realized you weren't so I didn't watch the whole video. Then I watched your video on Fort Amsterdam and liked the way you filmed the building. I kept coming back to your channel because your videography and storytelling style is unique. You presented very artistic shots that immerse the viewer in the story and you had a very sympathetic way of presenting the humanity of the people you interviewed. So all in all, you're just a unique voice in the CZcams space.
Anaieta, thanks so much for your honesty. You were right on and you didn't have to feel apologetic about the poor attitude of most of Ghanaian business people with respect to customer service. They are not welcoming when you enter their shops and the mean look on their face most of the time make you feel like walking away. They make you feel like they are rather doing you big favors for opening their shops. That and many other attitudes of our Ghanaian people are the reason why foreigners who man their business front desks and offices are able to do so well better than the local businesses. Great job!! Continue to enjoy your experience and stay in Ghana.

Congratulations!! The customer service problem is deep rooted and the service providers often just don’t know any better. Frontline staff such as receptionists are usually underpaid too. Business owners need to provide training and pay better in Ghana.

13:00 i laughed hard when you spoke about customer service, i live in the North of England and went into a Nigerian shop to buy some items, and the way the person just ignored me, didn't even give any eye contact and was looking at his phone the whole time, even when i was asking for some things, it was like i was inconveniencing him by being there. Honestly we need to improve our mentalities. In contrast, every time i walk into this sri-lankan /indian shop near me, they know me so well we have hearty conversations all the time!
