I had chronic fatigue. It changed my life too. I’m bipolar, have anxiety and PTSD. I’m on the max 450. I’m so glad it has helped you! It’s my favourite medication!

Been depressed for as long as I can remember. I just turned 23 last month and started 150 mg on Tuesday. I can pretty much instantly tell the difference. I go to 300 mg next Tuesday. Thanks for sharing.

We’ve created a society that breeds mental health issues- our reliance on technology has created a warped perception of reality and whatnot should be. It isolates us. Ditching a smart phone/social media would be the best thing a teen/young adult can do for their mental health.

I started taking it to stop smoking after 15 years and tons of times trying to quick. It worked for me. I also take it for my PMS. It takes the edge off at its lowest dosage.

In my experience I’m a tad more irritated in the beginning, but other than that the uncontrolled emotions and negative self talk is turned off. Never knew what life was like without the consistent negativity and harsh self judgement. Less overthinking and self blame. I’d say that if you’re depressed and have anxiety, it’s worth feeling a bit anxious rather than depressed IMO

"I actually see a future now for myself." 6 days in. I've felt this for the first time in 15 years.

  • @elizabethmacready1058

Thanks for sharing your experience. Mental Health is still so widely misunderstood. I had a similar experience with Wellbutrin after 16 years of avoiding meds- it helped me “dig out” of the hole of my depression and feel a sense of normalcy again

  • @121bre8

Thank you for this video and being so open about it,
