- Green Mountain 263, (Rutland to Bellows Falls, VT) quietly coasts downgrade through Rockingham, VT on an unseasonably warm Sunday, March 3, 2024. Temperatures in Bellows Falls and North Walpole, NH easily reached 60°F by late morning.
On Monday 263 went through 10:00 PM and came back Tuesday at 3:48 AM
