- Welcome to this 30-minute advanced full-body yoga flow to help improve your strength and mobility. This class is designed for yogis who want to work up to a more advanced level of strength and mobility.

We’ll begin centering by connecting to the breath, followed by a warm-up and challenging core work, working up to arm balancing. Then, we'll finish by opening the quads and hip flexors to improve mobility of the lower back, spine, legs, hips, inner legs, and groin. Practice at home, at the gym, or outdoors; no equipment is needed. By the end of the practice, you will feel refreshed, balanced, and light.

So Tim, this has been by far my favorite class from you. I like that you strayed from some of the poses and sequencing that you have throughout your videos. Great as they are, this more playful arrangement really hit me in a whole new direction. Love the variation here, great job. Sometimes the sequences come together from a particular alignment and frequency that really caters to the right audience.

Wonderful class! I loved it when you said that yoga isn't about being able to twist yourself up into a pretzel-like pose. That was a bit intense but better after😜I've always found that any ab poses (boat, etc) cause strain in my neck that I can't seem to breathe through or release it.. sometimes I can support my head with a block but my abs never seem to be able to bear tension for some reason.

Awesome class! In one of the final stretches, the straight leg to the side one, would you say it is important to engage the floor leg, so that the hip of the extended leg side, would stay on the ground? Thank you!

@@yogawithtim It is the one lying down on the back, left leg stays on the gound, taking the right (straight) leg up towards sky and then to the right side (external rotation), either with a band or holding the toe.
I experience a lift of the opposite left hip with leg extension sideways. And was just wondering, if that should be avoided. And if so, how? Thank you :)
