It’s kind of insane how Thogrun is literally everything people said Tickatus was and yet Tickatus is considered the more hated card, somehow.

I can kinda see why. The impact of Tickatus is more immediate and can hard counter stuff like Polkelt and Order in the court if you’re trying to fish for something specific. It can be a game ending card while Thorgun is just annoying until it randomly blows up your win condition or counter
@@anabsolutefiend But on the other hand, Thorgun can destroy drawn cards, which is like having a -1 card draw, while Tickatus is essentially "destroy 5 cards your opponent probably wouldn't even get to." Tickatus was only good against combo decks or in fatigue matches.

Man that warrior bomb deck... who thought "Delete 18 cards from enemy's battlefield, hand, and deck while making a 7/7" was a fun idea? The only, ONLY way out was using chaotic tendrils on yogg instead of kidnap and just HOPING FOR RNG. There was just no hope. The game ended with the enemy having a full board of 6 attack minions, 70 hp, a 5 attack windfury weapon, and a full hand of cards, with you dying, having 1 card, and an empty board. Blizzard, balance aside, that is just not fun to play against. It's fun to play, but there are two sides to a game, you know...
No, it isnt throgrun's fault. It's brann, and blizzard. Holy shit, after last time brann did brannanigans, you'd think they'd learn, but instead they said "what if we made a brann that just lasted all game forever and doubled everything?!" This is gonna become yu-gi-oh one day where everyone has "for the rest of the game" effects and then they print a card that says "remove all for the rest of the game effects" and we have to race to find out who draws that card first.
and you cant even counter brann by shuffling junk into their deck. i wish they reverted that change and had weasels and albatrosses in standard
@@titusfortunus2916Yugioh with "rest of the game" effect is very rare. Last card with such effect was from last year. It's similar to Emblem from MtG, no way to remove it, even to this day.
@@titusfortunus2916 come on man, even without Brann Tho'grun is still a need in a control vs control fight, the fact you remove a board card, a hand card (the most outrageous) and a deck card is a game changer, you get rid of the insane amount of clears or you get rid of the abusive late game.
I think this deck is missing Zephrys! It’s a two mana highlander card that can get you out of really sticky situations!

Playing rainbow DK is like playing 5c Niv to Light, but half your deck isn't counters, 1 mana spot removal and tutors, and the payoff only applies fully once every 4 games.
From what I've seen that's actually quite an average cinematic necrotic explosion

I swear to god that stupid boom card has an autoaim to always hit CNE , is always one of the first things it hits, god i love funny interactive cards that punish you for existing

There is a typo in the video title. It says Climatic (relating to climate), but it should say Climactic (relating to climax). Unless that's comments engagement bait; in that case well played.
It was also the least climatic CNE ever. I doubt it even budged the global average temperature.
