Backyard Duck Curry & Fry Bangamary

Duck curry cooked slowly to infuse the ingredients into the meat. I used Indi garam masala because it has lots of coriander, preferred curry powder is Lala which can be used in any curry.
Duck Curry
5 LBS Duck meat
2 Medium Onion
20 Clove Garlic
2 Wiri Wiri Pepper
5 Heaped Teaspoon Garam Masala
2 Heaped Teaspoon Curry Powder
¼ Cup Oil
Potatoes as needed (optional)
Pre-Seasoned Duck
Salt
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper.
Fries Fish (Bangamary)
2 Lbs Fish
3 Tsp. Curry powder
2 Tsp. Chili powder
2 Tsp. Garlic powder
Salt
Oil to fry.
