The incident with Kathy happened during the filming of the show even if it was not recorded, you could say is an "incident at the workplace", so HR can investigate the issue. The incident with Garcelle's son happen outside of the production jurisdiction, and also, the child is not a bravo employee, maybe that's why they didn't investigate. IMHO.

Actually there is a chance that it "snows in Pasadena", in the northern edge of pasadena, sierra madre, closer to the mountains, does have lite snow on a really cold night, it just doesn't stays in snow form for long, and most will turn into water drop as it get closer to the ground. I don't like Erika at all and I'm whatever about Rinna but I do believe what they're are saying about Kathy. Kathy definitely throws tantrums when people don't do what she wants them to, I believe that is 1 of the main reasons why she doesn't get along with Kyle. Kathy has always come off to me as very entitled, without any self awareness, cold, dominant, and bratty.

When Kathy returned from the DJ booth She was F*&^CKING pissed (The words exchanged btwn them is irrelevant).....I believe Erika (when we get pissed n see red we don't chose our words carefully n we don't always recall the cuss words n rhetoric that falls out of out mouth)....I believe Cathy said eactly what Erika stated but i honestly don't believe Kathy has any genuine recollection of making the statement.....However, a glimps of Kathy's personality is reflective in Kyle's feedback of Kathy's demeanor n treatment of her.....They are sisters, siblings/family members see a very different side of individuals than outsiders, "We are out of here, you f*&^king leave now", (Kathy appears overly aggressive n bossy)......Kathy is clearly not the syrupy sweet angel she attempts to portray when she guests on WWHL....

Perhaps it might have been better had it actually unfolded on cam as we have dispensed of the "She said, she said. ....However, based on what we know to be factual (When Kathy returned to the company of the other ladies, she was PIssed), again in her fit of anger, i believe she made the derogatory statement ascribed to her, but i don't believe she is lying, I truly believe she has no recollection of the exact words that fell out of her mouth ( I also do not find her statement derogatory or that she has an issue with homosexuals).

I hate this show and hate BRAVO fans at this point. They can't see the obvious which is that Kathy absolutely said what Erika says, and that she makes everything worse by blaming Erika for her own meltdown, which is her narcissistic attempt to avoid responsibility. I should never have started reading comments because I hate the show at this point mainly because the fans of the show are like Trump fans - delusional.
