In short, despite there only being 4 hubs, all of them provide major regional transportation connections.

Once skytrain gets here it’ll be interesting to see the development. While there probably won’t be highrises (Langley city doesn’t really need or want them) they’ll likely be a bunch of mixed use midrises akin to what we see being built along Cambie, 6 floor apartments, but with businesses on the first floor. This’ll be good to add some density and remove the sea of parking lots.
