      Boricua? Que size pediste? Tengo Los Powerslide Zoom EU 41-42. Me quedan perfectos pero creo que puedo correr una bota mas pequeña. Siento que el PS Next 40-41 correrá muy pequeño por el liner, y el 42-43 muy grande. Ahora venden un Next Pro boot con El Second skin liner que no es tan grueso. Veo que tu comentario es Viejo, pero lograste resolver tu problema con El tamaño? Venden el second skin liner a parte. Quizas ese te queda bien.

    for me old jug 2 liner size 44 feels way more snug than a new seba CJ 2 prime liner of the same size. Even My fit 2nd skin size 44 (feels more of a 43) feels better for eliminating heel lift and not too tight widthwise. Why do you think that bigger liner in the same shell will fit better? My experience is diffrend. Thinner and smaller 2nd skin liner feels better in CJ 2 prime, than original liner.

    I just got a pair of USD Aeon Wii team blades in size 11-11.5 shell. But when I have my foot in the shell with my liner on the liner is so tight that my toe is snug to the end of the liner, sometimes I wear a size 11.5 shoe size (depending on the brand of shoe) but usually I wear a size 12 shoe. With my foot in just the shell (without the liner) I have plenty of space, should I buy a liner that is one size up let's say 11.5-12 or even a straight 12 size of should I bring them back and get a size 12 skate?. Well put together. A key thing I ok for a liner is the soft, padded heel lock.
    I'm interested in the MyFit Crown. How thick the padding is and how soft is it. To give a reference, I consider the skinny and the fatboy soft and the recall hard. The indicator here is in which liner my ankle start to hurt. Does the Crown has heel lock like the fat and the skinny? Overall, how does it compare to those?

    • @Thisissoul
      @Thisissoul  Před 4 lety

      Hi peter. A good heel lock is super important. I didnt talk about that and should have. Thanks for reminding me.
      We do not stock the crown liner so that is why i can not test it. I did have it in my hand before and remember that it was super thick.

    • @chilli-iceolive-abode2447
      @chilli-iceolive-abode2447 Před 3 lety +1

      I'm sure you've figured out by now Peter, but just in case anyone else sees this and wants to know.
      It is thick, but it's a harder foam than the Fatboy with good heel lock. Initially I found it quite uncomfortable as I said cuz the foam seemed hard, but they broke in beautifully. You can heat mold to speed up that process if you wish.

    I thought hard boot was plastic or carbon and a softboot was like a trigger or anything like that

    • @danatello8489
      @danatello8489 Před 4 lety +1

      Basically. Defining em like he does kind of comes from K2 creating the "soft boot" where there was no hard plastic shell surrounding the whole skate, the "liner" was a part of the skate, and many parts of the skate were quite soft. So some boots that have carbon in them might be considered "soft boot" if the liner is built in, particularly partly when at least part of the boot is just stiff fabrics (soft), and not a hard plastic shell.

    • @Thisissoul
      @Thisissoul  Před 4 lety +2

      Correct Danatello!
      It is such a fussy and not usefull definition as it has been used, that i just wanted to clarify it and make it in something we can actually use when describing skates.
