This presentation was amazing. I recently finished a self taught online program for medical coding and I'm now studying to take my CPC exam. Part one broke this down so well I now have a better understanding of my CPT code book and I was able to get every question right in the time given. I am so grateful to have found your channel. I have been working towards my CPC certification for awhile now, and gave up for almost 7 months because I was just not getting it. You have made it make soooo much sense to me, and I was able to get all the answers correct, with the exception of the Gastrectomy scenario, I added a code that shouldn't have been in there. But honestly, you are amazing and I'm going to now watch the ICD-10-CM series next! :D

I did Part 1 and Part 2, it is very easy and understanding to follow. But the examples were easy, so when I went to take my test in class, I failed and I'm stuck and looking confused. You all need to do harder examples that will be on the exam, and to prepare us for when we get jobs. You did no radiology coding and it is in this and apart of CPT. Some examples on my test were, longer case studies I would love to see that in your videos.
This lecture is for BEGINNERS specifically, people who have absolutely no coding background, OR who do not have a good foundation will find these Beginner's lectures helpful. This lecture in no way can prepare you for the medical coding exams or tests with advanced instruction. You will need to go to the advanced playlist for advanced instruction.. I have a question about the iv hydration scenario. Initially i choose hydration but then i thought no i think its infusion. I'm noticing in class thats my issue any tips on distinguishing the proper main term? I feel so silly bc it seems so simple a thing but i struggle with it.

Hello, for question with partial gastrectomy with the formation of the intestinal pouch, how about the parenthetical instruction below 43635 which states Use 43635 in conjunction with 43631, 43632, 43633 and 43634? Can't we consider this one?
