after watching the video back when i got home i realised what had happened.
the car was in the lane to go straight ahead only the biker tried turning right from the ahead only lane cutting infront of the car

No lane filtering is legal motorcycles ar allowed to do that It almost looks like the car bumped him coz he did that but no way of knowing.
if this was Canada or most of USA than the motorcycle would be at fault coz lane filtering is illegal in North America

50/50 I think the Car was trying to turn right as his flasher is on as he brakes, realising no one was going to let him in he started to pull away as the bike arrives on the scene also wanting to turn right, no reason for the car to stop as lights were green.
