seriously, i never wouldve thought to try them if not for that.
The bosses aren’t that bad tbh. My boys and I were at Callisto for about 3 hrs and only saw 3-4 pkers, no teams and they were typically easy to escape

You can do the multi bosses pretty easily as long as you have an Alt account outside at all times to scout pkers.

The “let multi die” guy was hilarious. And to his point, a complete free for all multi kinda only works in massive clan battles and is fundamentally broken in every other way.. although the wilderness is supposed to be crazy and lawless anyway so idk

Honestly the Wildy bosses brought me into the wilderness which brought me into Wildy slayer and then the rev caves and now anti pking. So yeah honestly they’ve done a great job with one update

Multi is the problem in the wildy. Literally no counterplay against the ganks. If multi was like limited to 3-5 or like some sort of team system it could be better

multi is indeed a broken place, any coordinated mace team of even 10 players and a spear could kill you in 1 tick

I was skilling and a skulled player popped into my world twice. The first time I ran off before anything could happen, the second time he chased me all the way back to the Ferox Enclave.

How to find a world at wildy bosses:
Step 1- add salad robes and ancient staff to your setup
Step 2- find a world with a weak pvmer
Step 3- enter the cave in salad robes and attempt to tb the pvmer 90% chance they tele
The big bosses are definitely best done in a team, I did 800 Callisto KC in the last month. Had a great time.

I have a lot of mid level friends who are still learning how to PvM so these wildy bosses give us something we can all do together and have a chance at some cool unique drops. Plus it’s always exciting when pkers show up. Def a good update imo. :)

Unfortunately if i doesn't bond an alt up to leave it outside while i try and kill the boss ill get piled like you did in the video at vetion.
Having an alt just makes some pvmrrs pass and some pkers not bother because you see them.
Also you should try and keep the boss to the south of the cave so you can get out the door while they are falling.
Y'all are wrong. The problem is gear and money in OSRS is VALUABLE. If it didn't involve risking hours of grinding to get into PKing, people would be willing. Part of what gives RuneScape it's special power (a game notorious for its rarity of powerful drops) is part of what keeps the wilderness dead.

When PKs only want to fight easy PvM targets, that's what leads to the wilderness dying. Plus, it doesn't matter if you make 2-3 mil/hr on wilderness bosses. You'll lose half that in PK deaths and had been better off killing chickens...
The only reason why people don't want to pvp is because the skill gap is HUGE. New pvpers can no longer just get into it. They have to learn tick manipulation, tick eating, combo eating, pray switching, F Keys, PID, and more just to get 300k loot. At that point I'd rather learning building in Fortnite 💀💀

As a fully mobile non pker I laugh when I go out and it is absolute gangbusters I still love what they did and a real love letter to the pvp community would be a rework on deep wildy and the bosses there another good way to circumvent a load of rag pkers would be a couple 2277 total worlds very small percentage of pkers have a truly maxed acct the ones that do get the whales 🤣🤣

Multi is wilderness' worst aspect. Been doing wilderness slayer on the Ironman, honestly I don't mind having to try and tank 1 person, as I can try and predict switches and can combo eat out of most threats. 2 people is ok, I tend to die most of the duo tank tests but trying to flick prayers when they are off tick is fun.
Once you get 3+ its just not possible to survive in multi as a solo player.

I think wildy content is the only time I see high level PVMers having actual fun
ofc, pvm is thrash, the adreline you get by escaping and fighitng in wildereness is so fun
That clip at the end was fun because it was unique and new. if that thing happened one or two more times it'd be annoying and he would've just left instead of trying to kill him. That doesn't mean PvP is more fun than PvM, it's just fresher.
Long-term it's definitely not more interesting for a PvMer. They will 100% get bored once it becomes stale. Like you could tell Tasty was ready to leave the wilderness entirely by the end of the video, and he won't be coming back for a while most likely.
If PvP was actually fun then more people would do it lol. The fact that they don't is the most evidence you need that it's not a fun long term activity.
you need to use a second account outside vetion AND permanently fight/kite the boss by the SOUTH side (as close to door/corridor as possible) or you'll never live when a pker drops in

also run to east exit if there are multiple of them chasing , just so you avoid being frozen at south by the 1 guy who usually waits

I had 1000 vetion KC pre update and maybe like 50ish post update and it is just unbearable now to the point I sold my chainmace and I'm never going back. The only way to do that content is with a scout sitting outside, otherwise it like 0 chance to escape anything more than 1 pker. Vetion used to be one of my favorite bosses but it's now pretty much dead content for me. But if this gets the wilderness more active then so be it, I just won't be participating very much lol.

Ya the multi versions of all the wildly bosses are more or less unkillable unless you have a team. The solo versions are fun 🤣 minus the constant pk attempts from salad magers

The problem with the wilderness is you literally almost always lose money. You have to have some risk if you want to have a chance at killing people consistently. Then you get ganged by a team who trash talks you the entire time. I love this game, been playing since I was in middle school and the wilderness is the only reason why I play. My main is a maxed lvl 109 quest cape and all, zerker/voider, pure, initiate pure. And if I want to play runescape I have to grind like hell to get gp to pay for supplies, and then everything burns up so fast, and get bullied by clans. Wilderness will never work for solo players or people who play for gp and buy membership with gp, instead of buying gp/bonds (rwt).
Made 400m in a week at venenatis/spindel solo. 600kc each. Throw an alt outside to scout pkers and you’ll make bank. Also use a chainmace at venenatis

glad i finished wildy pets before this update. safe spotting boss was way chiller and not much competition or pkers back then. However, i reckon its more fun to group up for wildy bosses nowadays and try anti pk teams
