Ordered the power station heck of a deal for 96 dollars after coupon savings, thanks for the heads-up. Will use it for running Internet if the power goes out.
Stainless you need to use antiseize it will guald up if you don’t, like it did. The threads heat up and gum up, it also can happen putting the nut on also
Stainless bolts and stainless nuts are a no go. They will thread gall. And lock up. Use just a Stainless bolt and a regular nut.
I know about loving a tool I really love the Bosch Freak greatest auto tool ever.
Keep up with stories! You're funny you amuse me. (Goodfellas)
Trade up from that jeep to a 1982 Ford Escort and you won't have to worry about scratches/dings/crazy bolts. :)
The thread checker looks nice, however. It’s made from aluminum and that does not sit well with me.
As always. Great video. I work 3rd shift so I enjoy the 1am rants. FYI in my area, Albuquerque New Mexico. Lowes has some rain Byrd irrigation tubing on clearance 100’ for 4$. You might wanna check that out for them trees. That black tubing has held up better than I thought it would here in the desert. Sitting on top of the dirt for 4 yrs no issues unless it’s me or the kids at fault.
1642245 is the item number. 1/2 ID tubing 500’ under 13 bucks
I’m not sure on the 100’ roll item number, can’t seem to find it on their app
Splendid and informative video.
I just use the arrow keys to skip forward! 😂😂😂
Pj you should do a toughbuilt deals. For those of us tracking it, we have seen menards and lowes both move to clearance. Fyi
ToughBuilt is great. Well the pouches anyway I haven't used any of their other stuff. The Cliptech system with the pouches works really well though.
@TheStruggleville menards just sold out all their cliptech and went to a prolock metal clip system to compete directly. It's not bad I just picked up one pouch
Just a little over an hour after this video went live the code for the thread checker isn’t working. Perhaps next time
Galled up stainless. Alway a PITA
You want your water hose to not be much longer than you need if possible. The longer your line is, the more your pressure drops. A 25' hose has considerably more pressure than a 100' hose
CHINA BOLTS!
Had that bolt ever been out before? If it was "factory" there may have been a burr that got pulled into the threads when trying to take it out. Another comment from @bryandavi179 mentioned stainless needing anti-sieze -- definitely concur with that!
Never been out before but it was the hardware that came with the aftermarket bumper. Definitely stainless. Need to get in the habit of using antiseeze. I have it just always forget.
