I'm not convinced by the article trying to portrait the issues in Addis Ababa as a fault of Chinese investment. Ethiopia has literally been in civil war, when a country has political instability and war, failure to keep up with infrastructure will inevitably happen, we can't blame a third party.
No news from the countries with the fastest growing public transport systems : China, India, Iran and Turkey ?
