Couple of steps to help you improve your productivity:
1 - Delete your facebook account
2 - Disable youtube notifications
3 - Get rid of your TV
4 - Get rid of your smart phone
5 - Read 1 book a week and digest it
6 - Learn how to conceptualize ideas in diagrams and mindmaps
7 - Exercise at least 3 days a week
8 - Eat just veggies, fruit, proteins and good fats.
9 - Make at least 1 quality new contact a week
10 - Plan 30% , Execute 60%, Evaluate 10% of the time

That’s great advice. It makes sense. Also take yourself off social media, it adds no value and consumes our time.
I’ve deleted Facebook/Messenger and then reinstall them when I *genuinely* have free time. Messenger is designed to make you stay on because there is no logout button. It’s linked to the facebook app. This is deliberate to make it a pain to resist opening the app.
@@scapenation2820 A lot of smartphones nowadays come with the FB app preinstalled on them. You can't even get rid of them.

Anton didnt say what the news media agenda is so I will, its keeping the hype for the 'bull market' alive. Anton touched on this in another video where he was walking with Raj down Wall Street. Raj was commenting that even though we are now technically in a bull market, that people are much more cautious and pessimistic than the pre-08 bull run. Nobody saw the crash of 08 but now everyone sees the cracks in the wall for a coming big crash and so everyone is just running as far as they can till it hits.

So true, and I want to discuss something people may or may not know. You may watch your local news channel and think they're pretty objective telling the news, but they're not and they can't be. You see, the areas you grew up in is the biggest determining factor to your values and political opinion, for most people, their opinions are not their own. So these local news channels will show the news through the lens of how the people in that area want to see it, not completely objective. People need to understand this, that just because everyone around you thinks the same way as you and gives you conformation bias, it doesn't mean the way you think is right, because you're a victim to your environment. Difference in the way people views things doesn't make them bad, it is when you force those beliefs onto others that makes you a bad person.
Can anyone provide a tiny bit of guidance on how to understand where the markets will move and the best way to construct a prediction on what will happen. The videos on this channel are excellent.

whilst i completely agree i also think that the majority of people know that all of the news sources have agendas and are not as transparent as they would hope to appear however to just disregard it is even worse, id rather be a little misinformed than completely arrogant to world affairs.
If there were a completely perfect news station i would like to think id watch/read it but unfortuanately no one else would as they will only read what they want to believe. i like the point raised its just that spotting problems with the world is all to easy and if you do not offer an alternative then whats the point.

No, you haven't understood the message. What you think of as 'world affairs', based on what you see on TV, is entirely fictional. Fake narratives designed to get you hooked, not to be true. It's better to be totally uninformed, and read a few books about propaganda.
