Same location winch out and tow

My vary first 35 ton winch out was a set of doubles, empty bottom dump, that had slipped into the Barditch, ,my boss and I,,,winched from the middle top of the tractor frame,over top the fuel tank’s, that when I learn the usefulness of mud flaps, and pulling down with a snatch block 40 feet away from the rig, I had the driver to steer and turn the wheels toward the highway and I pulled the middle of the frame in the back of the tractor up onto the highway over on top of the mudflaps,, you lay them on the fuel tank and run your chains on them , that keeps the fuel tanks and anything from getting damaged,,, I never leave home with out a few good mud flaps now lolthanks BigAl California…

When I was driving, a bob tail was a tractor without a trailer and the truck in the video was called a straight truck or a straight job.

Well Mr Hal, a rotator would have been overkill for those two jobs, though I bet y'all would love to have a 50 tonner, for some of the odd jobs y'all get, people need to slow down, I don't think anyone of them was under the posted speed limit as they went by, that's just plum crazy the way they come flying by like they're trying to see just how close they can get, be safe out there and I'll see y'all on the next one

Good recovery! Why in the world would you pull over in that grass when you see water standing?? OH--I forgot most Moving /Storage drivers are not the sharpest knife in the drawer..I used to tow for z couple of those companies--they'd hire anyone that had a license--even if last week he drove a drink truck. Pretty sad...
