►Synopsis：
Gu Nanting, the vice minister of passenger flight department of Lu Airlines, is a strict and self-disciplined man, who is known as a mean boss and a devil instructor. The female cargo pilot, Cheng Xiao, is brave and unrestrained. She was about to be promoted to captain when she got transferred to the passenger department due to the company's restructuring. Gu Nanting becomes Cheng Xiao's direct supervisor and mentor, and the two are at odds with each other. Gu Nanting, who has always pursued stability and order, is disrupted time and again by Cheng Xiao, who does not follow the usual rules. Actually we have to applaud Minister Jiang as well. He was so brave to admitted his own mistakes which was very rare and i believe not many of us will do it like him. He proved that eventho he made a grave mistake, he still has a chance to correct it by apologize sincerely. We should admired him for that. Lesson here - it is never too late for a sinner to repent as long as he alive. Congrats Minister Jiang!

Oh what a nice plot twist. Captain Camille was actually in China while talking on the phone to Nan Ting. She became a witness that seal the deal in forcing Jiang to surrender. Seeing him apologize while Xiao and they are victorious, made me think this was the last episode. Nan Ting was gonna confess to her then her mom shows up. That's when I forgot they haven't resolved Cheng Xiao's mother issue yet.

In real life, most people put feeding their families as a priority. If they can overcharge a bit or lie a little to get more advantage or better position, they will do it. And sometime people commit big, atrocious things to get what they want. That is why there are rules that are supposed to help guide the things that we do. It’s really up to each individual person to decide which side of the law or rules to walk during the toughest and most difficult time. Only when most people decide to do the right thing that society and law will survive. I just came back from Thailand where it is routine for police to set up checkpoints and shake down people, many of them foreigners, for extortion money. Each policeman can get some extra money to feed their families in this way, but their society as a whole will be eaten to it’s rotten core by this deed.
I'm a mother so I cannot understand Xiao's mother attitude about her being a pilot. She is scared, I understand, but she must be supportive of her daughter's choice as all mothers must do..... big clap to the scriptwriter👏👏😁

With the full support of her father and the PTSD OF HER MOTHER the family have to work out together to.overcomes the burden. If you are in trouble, you want mama Fang as your lawyer. She’s very good. Without absolute evidence, she can clear away any case against you. She does need more effective therapy because death sometimes is just a glance away no matter where you are or what you do. Preventing her daughter from doing something she works hard for and wants to do should not be the remedy for her getting better or getting sick. She would put a very heavy guilt on her daughter for the rest of her life if she does not stop and realize it.

姜部长如果不篡改录音，应该不用付任何责任。篡改录音，聪明反被聪明误，这是违法行为。
因为他知道自己选直飞新加坡并非是他所说新加坡医疗更好而是参杂了私心，所以他内心是有罪恶感的他想要掩饰自己因私心的选择
老实讲旅客的去世和他自己身体工作关系更大，航空公司需要承担部分责任，江本来也没有那么大的责任，就因为修改录音，就成了全责，也是可悲可叹。

Very happy for the good outcome, still sad overall. Even though I did not like Minister Jiang, it is sad. It is hard not to loose the good direction, because of fear, arrogance or greed. So many prior efforts lost....
I don't think the writers thought Cheng Xiao's mum's character through. I cannot bring myself to empathize with her on any level. She is just awful! How do you as a mother say in open court that your own daughter is capable of framing someone just because she has issues with him? A parent is supposed to be the greatest advocate for their child but instead she chose to tear her down, over look her hard work all these years and we are supposed to believe she wants the best for her daughter?
And her father is also too weak,cuddling her mother and not making her see the error of her ways. Telling Cheng Xiao to be nice to her mother and apologize. What exactly should she be sorry for?
She didn't feel sorry for Mr. Guo that lost his son in court. She didn't even want Jiang to allow mediation. This tells me that she is just plain horrible.
When she realized her daughter's passion, she should have sought medical help and tried all she could to get well so she could support her daughter,that's what a real mother would do.

我很少在網上追連續劇 ，說實在的， 要不是看了 這齣連續劇 ，我真的不知道 原來有這一批年輕的好演員， 希望 幕後的導演或編劇 能夠 安排 原班人馬 製作出 另一齣 勵志 連續劇， 鼓勵 現在 仍活着的人 要善良 正直， 也鼓勵年輕的一代 在面對 困難時 要互相幫忙。 上網查過， 原來 演員王凱 會唱歌的 ，而且聲音不錯， 印像比較深的一首歌 叫東方之珠 好像 是羅大佑作曲的，譚松韵也会唱也会唱，可以的话，也安排王凱和谭松韵齐唱下一齣劇的主题曲或插曲吧！
第一次看到王凯的名字和头像在这里，我在纽约喜欢看王凯的演的电视剧，也喜欢听他唱的歌。

Also, this eps shows the different quality between Nanting and Nisan. Nanting stands to what's right to be done. He holds to his principle so much so he helps Cheng Xiao. While Nisan asks her to give up.
