►Synopsis：
Gu Nanting, the vice minister of passenger flight department of Lu Airlines, is a strict and self-disciplined man, who is known as a mean boss and a devil instructor. The female cargo pilot, Cheng Xiao, is brave and unrestrained. She was about to be promoted to captain when she got transferred to the passenger department due to the company's restructuring. Gu Nanting becomes Cheng Xiao's direct supervisor and mentor, and the two are at odds with each other. Xiao is great. She behaves honourably even if it can damage her career or family relationships, and takes the responsibility avoiding to involve others. Kudos to her 👏👏👏

This is amazing that Cheng Xiao is fighting for truth and justice, also been bullying by her boss. Her mother’s doesn’t care about her feelings and understand what is the most importants to her. It’s very sad to see her going through this but she sure have Gu Nanting fighting beside her. Go ! Go! Fighting!
Tan Songyun deserve calls one of the best chinesse actress.... in her performance we can feel how intense and hard are now the things for Cheng Xiao but no matter her Mother or Minister Jiang attack to her so sure she doesn't give up she is really bold
She is so good that we only see her character and not her.
程霄这种员工站在道义的角度上是不错的人，站在用人单位的角度上那个老板估计都不想用她吧，要是这个公司不在用她了，走出去她恐怕也不好找工作，不能飞了她的世界不是崩塌了吗？现实中这种帮着外人告自己公司的，这个人肯定就做好不干的准备了，公司也不会在留她。

The directors and screenwriter did an excellent job creating these series incorporating 12 real cases. It is a masterpiece that me as viewers love it. The actors did an amazing job each in their roles given. A very intense series related to working environment. Which we need respect and listen to make a better place. Thank you to China TV Official Channel sharing this wonderful entertains series with English sub more power.

誤會就是這樣產生的，不然的話哪有因果關係的存在⋯⋯
其实她妈也应该放弃当律师，一点小事就血压高升真不适合当律师。这剧情越看越离谱了
她爸爸明知道她们之间的信息差却也不解释，也是奇怪
程霄母亲说的对，郭晓亮的去世直接原因是上飞机前的连续加班以及他个人的身体实际状况。剧情在这件事的发展上牵强了。这个剧情如果合法，那么996或者007的打工人一旦在交通工具上有点什么事情，压榨打工人的公司没有责任，反而交通工具的运营方有责任。这很没有道理。
改录音这件事一出来整个事件性质就变了，这和做伪证没有区别。而且人家也没说不追责用人单位，只是没体现出来而已，一码归一码，单位是主责不能掩盖江机长确实失责。
这就电视剧，现实中程潇如果这么做的话那她的职业生涯就彻底没有了，以后就没有航空公司敢要她的。

但是乘客自己的身体出了问题航空公司本来就是没有责任的，确实也尽力救治了。江在那人昏迷的一开始也说了要备降但是后来人醒了那谁知道他有生命危险？程潇的做法就很莫名其妙了她是完全知道公司没责任但是一旦打官司普通人可不这么想，确还要在那边坚持所谓的正义，郭老要道歉人家一开始不都态度很好跟他说表示歉意节哀顺变真不知道还要什么说法。站在公司的角度这样的员工很莫名其妙

The actor playing Jiang is wonderful. Every time he opens his mouth I hate his character more and more. Narcissist threaten anyone that questions them or threatens their ego. Jiang has done nothing but threaten Xiao and try to intimidate her. It will be so satisfying to watch him fall from the pedestal he has placed himself on.
Her mother is naive if she thinks if she gets Xiao fired she will go back with her. The only thing her mother is doing with her obsession is destroying their mother/daughter relationship. Also the fact she agreed to take the case on the stipulation that Jiang arrange for Xiao to be grounded just shows how sick and obsessed she is. I love the father for supporting Xiao but I hate how he doesn't step in and make the mother stop.

I don’t get it. Each plane has a black box which records everything. And that plane is a Dreamliner, not an oldie. Why no one thinks about getting the info from the black box??
这剧最败笔处是程霄父母对程霄隐瞒其母的 PTSD 和因由，程父不是一向和女儿关系很好又能沟通的吗？光看着母女吵了多年，祗是哄着兩方面，也不解释。觉得这梗是为编而编，为作而作！
奇怪有這麼嚴重的情緒病還可以做律師，一點沒有工作操守！
程母是律师，病情不决定保密，还干得下去吗？女儿不飞可以干别的，妻子的病却不好治愈。一边是妻子一边是女儿，女儿不飞最简单可行。
这部剧最大的败笔就是程霄一家的关系 母亲害怕女儿出事百般阻挠程霄做飞行员 却一直不肯讲出来经历的事情 做为父亲任凭妻子无理取闹 即使被毁的是自己宝贝女儿的前程 真的是看不下去了 瞎编乱造 扯得不能再扯了 弃剧

Her mom seems to have forgotten that she became a lawyer because that's what she wanted to be. Now then, does her daughter not have the same equal rights as her? To become a pilot because that's what she wants to do? What two rights for the one person, the MOM? Unbelievable.
The mom has PSTD about flights cos she was on a flight that had parts of the plane ripped off in mid air.

Estamos en el capítulo 32 ya vemos cómo el Jefe Jiang manipuló el audio y no se arrepiente, incluso el cuñado le hace ver pero no da marcha atrás, Guo y la azafata le ayudaron a encontrar otro abogado, sólo que la madre de Xiao se ofrece representar al Jefe Jiang sólo para obligarla a dejar el trabajo sin conocer el caso y hacer justicia. Mala decisión de su parte.
Sigue el martirio de Xiao hasta el capítulo 34, porque en el 35 sale a relucir la verdad.
El cap Nanting la ayuda increíblemente sin decírselo.
