Faas Wilkes - The Flying Dutchman

A pioneer who played in Serie A and La Liga at a time when the KNVB - and much of northern Europe - was very uptight about professional football. His eight seasons abroad cost him more than 40 caps. Yet he remained the Netherlands' top scorer - with 35 goals in 38 appearances - until the late 90s. A wizard of the dribble.
