Brother, thank you so much for this break down. That $20-23k estimate is right on with what I spent, so this is a great sanity check. I have a 2010 Shelby GT500 and got the 3.0L Gen5 Whipple, tons of upgraded reservoirs, belts, tunings, mgw short shifter, refinished wheels, exhaust all the way back, etc. etc. and it's right on with that estimate. Really appreciate your style and candor.

Literally the first person I've ever heard of who tried Coopers and was happy. One of the guys I hang with bought a set for his GT500 (2014) and swapped them to some Continentals the very next weekend. More power to you if they're working great. Stay safe everyone. Cheers from Florida.

First time watcher here.. I think you did it exactly right man.. you have 55k in a very nice looking and preforming GT.. great work.. my only question is have you had the car on a dyno? What are the SAE rwhp and rwtq numbers??
My 2017 Silverado was just recently stolen and I’ve been thinking about getting a GT. I’m a car guy so I love Ford, Chevy and Dodge. Just seems the GT you get a lot of bang for your buck. Your GT is sweet looking! Same look I want for mine if I get it.
For the money I'd go with a C5 z06. You can get them around 25k

The only thing I don't like about the S550 is the front bumper regardless of the year. I'd definitely have to change it and the fenders for the GT350 setup. And that happy medium stance is the perfect height. Too low is never good in the long run. Have had years of experience with that mess during my 20's.

No issues with the transmission? I want to get a manual 2019 but i keep hearing people messing up the shift forks and going thru like 3 transmissions. Should i be afraid to buy one or no?

Just have a question so I hope you get this. Hiw much research did you do on superchargers. Why whipple? Did you look at others i.e. roush, VMP. I've been looking and told to lean to VMP with lund tuning.

I know this is an old video but how do you like the MT-82 with the MGW short throw upgrade? And how would you compare it to the tremec in the Mach 1/GT 350 if you drive one with that transmission?
Have you had any problems with the transmission? I’m new to the mustang scene and I keep hearing the MT82 trans isn’t reliable. Any thoughts on that?
What did you do to help with wheel hop and planting power?

The power of my own work. Cammed, twin turbos, e85 and tune. All cost me around 16-18k including wheels and other things.
Do you have a stock transmission and do you plan on building it up or swapping it?
Is a boost a pump and injectors the only things needed to run e85 on this setup?

Great video, enjoyed watching! I have a 2015 GT 5.0 with a JLT CAI, Borla axle back exhaust, manual trans. Not looking to blow $10k for a supercharger but looking for small things I could do to help make her a little faster for street dig pulls and such, any recommendations? Got my eye on a throttle body spacer, or maybe a VMP SCT Rev-X tuner since I've heard you need to tune it with that JLT intake (though I've heard mixed opinions about whether that tuner would do much without forced aspiration). The 5.2L intake manifold would be sweet but the price is a little steep just for 500 rpm higher redline...
Do a lund tune and a 2018 ported intake manifold. If you want to really go crazy to the mix add E85 and injectors for the added load though stock injectors are just fine with E85 tune. I'm sure you'll be around 430 + rwh
How do the two cars compare with both on pump gas?
You said you have the sportline springs but you link to the pro springs.. which one's do you have??

Why do you have to manually close the valves for your Magnaflow exhaust with a plate? Considering you have more modes (sport, track and others), shouldn't you have had originally automatic opening/closing valves? At least, this is what Magnaflow said, that their exhaust is compatible to your original valves system.

I think in a previous video you were getting locked out on 3 n 4th during a roll.... most likely is your clutch giving out. I'd recommend a mantic triple disc if u wanna keep that mt 82 alive. Or just throw the money at a t56 and pair it with that mantic n boom you'll thank me later! And upgrade those dingy half shafts from ford

A supercharger s550 gt won’t whine like a hellcat. You’ll hear it slightly but nothing close to a hellcat.

Probably the price from bump minus rebates, holdback, and sold under invoice. If he was smart he looked up X-plan or dealer pricing and was able to know he could negotiate to that price at some degree. It’s all in the effort of looking or finding good deals. Big dealerships want to sell cars, catch them at the right time and you can really save money.
Bought my 2018 around $37,500 similar setup, not done quite the work he has but I’ve invested about 7-8k in mods.
