Shawn Greene is not "Dead" the tag you should have put for him would be "Unknown" because when leaving the farm, you don't know if Hershel destroys his brain or not.
Spoiler Alert!
In the comics, Hershel puts Shawn in the barn and lets him turn into a zombie. He remains a zombie until the herd shows up to the farm and Hershel is forced to kill the zombified Shawn.

***** Hmm, I don't recall that being determinant, but, I haven't played season 1 in a while, so I'll take your word for it. Even so, Lee died ( or zombified ) in Savannah, which is an entirely different state than where Clementine is now. I don't think we're going to go from state to state in an episode, so at the very least he won't be coming back this season.

How can you know if Vernon is dead? The invalids never mention his death, only that he isn't with them in 400 days. You don't see him die either. He could have stolen the boat from the other invalids or just abandoned them

This is for people who are new to the game and don't read the comics:
*SPOILERS!!!*
Hershel: After the group left Hershel's farm he looked after Shawn who was slowly dying and apparently lasted another day (didn't look like he would though), after Shawn reanimated he locked him away in the barn hoping some day there will be a cure, he and the rest of his family then finished fortifying the fences.
Glenn: When Glenn left the group he set off to Atlanta to find his friends and family however the city was overrun with zombies he found another group of survivors which had set up a camp outside of the city and were waiting for the military to come through and save them.
On a supply run Glenn encountered Rick Grimes and saved him from the horde and took him back to the camp. Eventually they had to leave the camp because it was too dangerous being that close to the city. After weeks of being on the road Rick's son, Carl got shot by a survivor who was living at a nearby farm; the group travelled there where they encountered Hershel Greene. Glenn and Hershel's daughter Maggie hook up and the group gets banished from the farm however Glenn is allowed to stay. The group returns to the farm after finding a prison to live at and they invite the farm residents to live there too. Months later the prison is attacked by the Governor and most of the survivors die including Hershel's last son Billy. Hershel gives up on life and pleads to be killed; he is then shot point blank in the forehead.
About a year later the survivors get into trouble with a massive group known as the saviours. Their leader, Negan picks at random 1 person to be killed to show that he is not to be messed with, that person being Glenn. Glenn is brought up and his head is smashed in repeatedly with a baseball bat infront of all of his friends and his pregnant wife, Maggie.
The game and TV show aren't in the same universe, the show is an adaptation of the comics that's why the characters don't look the same and why the game has comic graphics.

Lee and all were at Hershel's which if you read the comic you'll notice it's the completly same character his appearence and all plus Sean got killed which after they left. Some time Rick got there and Sean was locked in the barn as a walker plus why do you think Glenn had to leave because around that time he meets Rick. Just search it any where

Lee is actually alive. Clementine shot him, she misses. You hear a little bleeding, if you left him then he just passed out. When clementine says I thought you were dead, that was Kenny (spoiler).

Lee is dead, enough of your false hope. Clementine either shot him in the head or left him to become a walker. If she did miss him, he would have died either way. Losing his arm = blood loss or leaving the arm = infection kills him. I'm tired of you morons who keep going like "the main character never dies," uhm... Lee was not the main character, Clementine is and the main character does die in tragic stories.

By the time season 2 happens, Hershel is already dead, because the games take place in the same universe as the comics, the Governor already raided the prison and shot him.
Same goes with Glenn, Negan kills Glenn
Connor, Hershel isn't coming back. He joins up with Rick's group. And since this follows the comic timeline, Hershel ends up dying. Of course, the show has the Hershel die too, but I think this game follows the comic timeline much more.

Lilly actually ties in with the comics. When you leave her behind/she takes the RV she goes to woodbury. When you get passed that point in the game you got an achievement titled "on the road to woodbury". Although they patched it and now it says, "wait, where?" or something like that. They were most likely retconning it because the show didn't feature lilly at all. But in the comics there was a character named lilly with the exact same background and mostly personality(she seemed a bit nicer in the comics), with that and the achievement there is pretty much no doubt it's the same lilly.
Manman3872 also the book Walking Dead The Road To Woodbury featured a character namd Lily traveling who left a group who killed her father, as well later they confirm in the comics as the SPOILERS the one who killed The Governor calling him "A Monster" just like she called Kenny.

I don't think that was probably a voice actor for lee brother since we only seen him as a zombie but on 400 hundred days you can see the pharmacy on Vince story I just wish that they would put Lee's brother in the little scene when Vince was running away.
Lee Everett's brother was seen as a walker across the street from the pharmacy/store that belonged to the Everett family. He was pinned/trapped under the pole, Lee has to kill his zombified brother to get the key to the backroom of the Everett business....
Clementines parents were seen outside of the Marshhouse hotel.

Andrew and Danny don't have to die because you don't see them get killed unless you choose so , so they aren't 100% dead they could have somehow escaped
