Way to go for the marketing team over at SouthWest, during covid 19 there was a massive surge of pilots quitting so now there is a shortage of pilots amd I think this is a good way to attract people into becoming pilots

I’m a pilot and am aware of many father / son teams on the flight deck. I see no reason this should ever pose any sort of issue for appropriately trained and experienced pilots operating professionally.
