Easier way to do it, get a throw away extra long mens t-shirt with a collar and put it on. Flip collar up and wrap duct tape around your whole torso ( with help ) and then cut it up the middle and then take it off and tape up the front where you cut it. Also tape the top. Go the a thrift store and get an old floor lamp with a good base. Take off the lamp portion and slide the "form" over the base and stuff the shirt with polyfill, or walmart has cheap bed pillows for $4, get like three of those. close up the bottom and there you have it.

So cool! I once saw a tutorial (maybe in a book?) for making a dress form using duct tape! You basically wrap yourself in plastic wrap, then duct tape over that, then cut yourself out of it, tape it back up and stuff it! Yours looks much nicer though, and probably more accurate! 😅😊👍
I saw someone at one point do it like they do for SFX work and cast the person's body then filled it with something similar to polyfoam, I've been debating whether there's an easier way to do such a thing because that seems like such a solid idea aside from the molding process
