  • In this Norway travel vlog I am travelling to Ålesund and Geiranger. If you didn't know, Geirangerfjord is on the UNESCO World Heritage list and it is one of the most spectacular places in the world. So in this vlog, we are going on a fjord cruise, we're going hiking on Norwegian mountains to the famous viewpoints of Fjellstua and Sukkertoppen, we're visiting the city of Ålesund, the Sunnmøre museum with the traditional Norwegian wooden houses, and much more. I hope that you will enjoy this cinematic video of Norway, leave a comment !
This is by far the most epic trip I embarked on to the present day.

    Hi Christina,
Thank you for this very beautiful video. I moved to Ålesund from France a month and a half ago. It's just so gorgeous. The nature here is really striking. You have mountains with the Sunnmøre Alps, fjords, islands, and the sea. It is the perfect mix for adventure lovers. The city has everything you need: cafes, boutiques, a huge shopping center. You can go hiking as soon as you get off work. There are opportunities for everything: mountain sports, water sports, fishing, or just enjoying the gorgeous views we have. I'm glad you had a great time.

    Hej Cristina,
Thank you for the beautiful and interesting video! Your video and narrative makes me want to travel there, immediately 🙂
I'm so happy for you that you did travel alone to fulfil your dream! I've always travelled alone and like it best: you can do as you please...
In Scandinavia and most middle European countries there's no reason to worry while travelling as a single lady🙂. And you meet nice people everywhere.
I'm looking forward to see more of Norway through your eyes. As you said, trips and activities like that develop one's personality - and experience and confidence;-)
What's next on your bucket list, dear?

@@BarbaraHempel-tp8tt Thank you, I am so glad to hear that you enjoy it. Yes, it is safe to travel in alone in Norway for a woman compared to other countries. If you get the chance to travel in Norway, Ålesund-Geiranger is a pretty good spot. Next on my list….I would like to see Loen also, but it will have to be next year, because now I got a job, so I finished my vacation days.
