    Ive been following vocal coaching content for 10+ years on yt, and this is the clearest and most functional coaching ive seen. I stumbled upon your videos yesterday and binged them, and the exercises brought clarity, peace and relaxation to my practicing. Im once again excited to exercise singing every day. I hope you got the demand for your coaching you mentioned at the end of this video, because you deserve it.

    truly incredible video and insight. thank you. you are right, very very few coaches (no one i can think of actually, but i'm sure there are those rare people) - have this very fundamental, simple (but profound) understanding and articulation of what you need to actually do when singing. in particular, many many coaches DO have simple exercises to build the voice that isolate to the fundamentals. things like lip trills, etc. but the problem is, they can't actually guide you when it's not working. it's just "don't push, lighten up, let the voice do what it wants to do". but it's never explained as the fundamental difference between closure and pitch adjustment, and secondarily, sound shaping (supported underneath by the breath). instead, things things become muddled in metaphor and general confusion.

    HEYYYYY I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL! Ive seen a significant difference in my singing ( especially head voice) since watching your videos and do your exercises.
    Truly grateful. You speak about what's necessary and nothing else.
    This is the real deal.
    I really wanna know your take on how to vibrato. I'm confused as to how it feels. Does it feel natural or do we do it voluntarily?

      Hey thanks for kind post, vibrato is loose fast pitch adjustment, it actually not something I had to work hard for but many singers do.

    For the pitch adjustment, could puberty especially for males(not hinting at all!😳)cause breaks often?

    • @BecomingANaturalSinger
      @BecomingANaturalSinger  Před 4 lety

      Breaking could be a combination of inconsistent closure and / or inconsistent pitch adjustment. The exercises stabilise the larynx and help create consistent closure, this is what they are designed to do.
