90 gm premix + 5 gm oil + 60 gm water
Whip cream : 120gm -130 gm
(half kg cake measurement)
for 500 gm cake(half kg) ( tin : 6 inch )
170 gm -180 gm premix + 10 gm oil +100 gm water
Whip cream : 200 gm
(1 kg cake measurement)
for 1 kg cake ( tin : 7 inch )
360 gm premix + 20 gm oil + 200 gm water

It's depends on container in which you bake a cake... If container is thin cake bake within 20 minutes... Otherwise it bake in 40-45 minutes

No need to add eggs. Readymade premix are already give better result. If u make maida cake without any rising agent then you have to add eggs

What is the advantage of premix over maida.pls say. Is it cheaper? Bcoz all home bakers use premix but it's not cheaper than maida.

Cake premix is readymade cake flour like gits gulab jamun....
In premix all ingredients are there....so we don't require to measure and add other ingredients like baking soda, baking powder, milk powder etc....
In premix just add oil and water and your cake batter is ready!!

I prefer to use premix as it is ready to instant use and time saver...
It's also give high rinse...
Preferably user premix brands are Pillsbury, prestine, Goodrich, chirag...etc
