  • This week's meal prep for my husband and I was a quick and easy one since I've been feeling under the weather. WW Weight Watchers points and calories included! Meal prepping is such a big help for me on my health journey. It takes the stress out of wondering what to have during the week.     Cosmic Crisp apples are my favorite! When I used to make tuna or chicken salad, I always put a little bit of pickle relish in it. Then one day I decided to put in a few green olives instead of the pickle relish. WOW! What a difference it made. I love green olives anyway, in anything. Always put a few in my salads. At Walmart, they have the salad olives, which are already sliced up. Saves me a lot of chopping. Love your videos.

    I really need to start meal prepping for three days. I’m obsessed with blended/cooked oats and that takes 25 minutes in the oven plus prep. It would be nice to have that ready. I also make egg on toast with cottage cheese on the base. It’s actually good. Low points too. Love your videos! So sad you were sick! The worst. My husband was sick at the beginning of vacation. Ugh

    Iv been away for so long I had to rejoin up with ww. My meal planning is way off track. I find myself eating so much junk to save time making something fresh. Iv got so many of your videos to catch up on I know they are always sooo delicious. I hope you are well and appreciate your time you take to show us these. X

      I completely understand!! Sometimes it's just so easy to grab junk, but if you at least prep a few things and have them ready to grab, that's such a help! Even if you don't do an actual meal prep. You've got this!! And welcome back!!! :)

    I had a stomach virus for a week, just so thankful Breana didn’t get it. She has no idea how to get where she needs to be quick enough!🥴🤣. Meal prep was simple and delish!❤❤❤
