Hi! I use hyaluronic acid 4/5 days a week and also having a treatment that includes Adapalene, Benzoyl Peroxide and Niacinamide. Is it okay to use retinol also? If so then how should I use it?

I personally never use Adapalene but i do use Panoxyl 4% at night only twice as a week and i use my retinol 3 times a week on different days of the Panoxyl night. It has been 7 weeks since i started Panoxyl and with my sugar intake lessen my hormonal acnes has massively decrease

@@emilyann4504 It's great that the treatment worked for you! I've been on my treatment for the last 7/8 months and thank God, it's something that's finally working for me. I used Benzoyl Peroxide and Adapalene separately earlier, but they only seemed to work for a month maybe. The hyaluronic acid appears to be helping with the dryness that comes with the treatment. But I've heard a lot about retinol and have also heard that we can't use all products at the same time. So I was thinking if it would be good to use retinol with my current treatment formula.

When I used Retinol moisturiser at night, I just use my hydrating soothing toner alone as my Retinol alr contains Retinol,arbutin and Kojic acid.. If I feel it's too drying, will add a lightweight moisturiser.. that's all..LESS IS MORE..I do my exfoliating Salicylic acid routine twice a week only

No. Any acids will irritate the skin further if used with retinol. Only use hydrating products or any boring moisturizer, no actives, on retinol nights.
