My first was a 92 Beretta FS. Bought it used, 2 months after I turned 21 and legal to buy. It was a duty gun that a cop had carried for 4 years. He was selling it because his department was making the switch to Glocks. (Yeah, that's how long ago this was. 1900's even!) NGL First two weeks of carrying it, the safety was on. Started carrying it more around the house with the safety off. Eventually got used to that. It just takes time, and we all gotta start from the beginning. I didn't ask him if he'd had to fire it on duty. But that thing had a LOT of rounds through it. That slide moved like ti was greased glass. It was so worn in that I could field strip it in less than 15 seconds on a good run. Ran like a tank, but I did end up having to replace the barrel. New lock block didn't like me. Cut that field strip time to crap in a handbasket, LOL.
My first ever handgun was a S&W 642. I never had any issue carrying with a round in the chamber because that's the way a drop-safe revolver is carried.
My first gun was smith and Wesson sd9,my second was a Taurus pt 111.and my third was a original shield 9.I know everybody is different but I’ve had no issues from any of my guns.great vide spn
Took me down memory lane. My first conceal carry was the XD compact and I still have it in the safe. I have the LC9s which was for office deep Cary at my business when I had to wear suits. I have 2 Ruger SCR9’s and they are just great firearms. Also, carried the Glock 26 for awhile.
I have the Ruger SR9C, I was having some issues with light primer strikes but Ruger cs resolved them. I love that firearm fits like a glove in my hand and easy concealable. I need to buy some night sights to CCW at night.
Ruger has always had good service. I don't remember the conversation, only that the guy I talked to was very personable, when I had to get a replacement sight for my Ruger 10/22. I've owned several of their pistols, and one of their revolvers. Along with several 10/22 and a Mini 30.

Hey SPN. I thought the EC9s and LC9s had the same trigger that was upgraded from the original LC9. Anyways, the EC9s was the first 9mm I purchased. It’s definitely a decent pistol, especially for safety training purposes. I’ve since retired to my stash/bugout pistol. Take care and keep up the excellent work brother! 👍🏻💯
I got a trigger off eBay for $40 tht kind of looks like that trigger in that first Glock 26 you showed for my Glock 27 it kind of looks like a Apex trigger I can't get that thing to fit in my gun tho idk what's going on lol 🤦
My first guns were the Taurus G2C, Smith and Wesson SD9, Bersa BP9CC and Walther PPS M2. I still have the Taurus and the Walther. Traded the SD9 and Bersa for a Beretta APX .40. I have added a Glock 43X. Thinking I might get a Taurus GX4 Carry or a CZ P07. Great video as usual!
I still have my first handgun and it is a XD-9 Subcompact with a stainless slide. Great shooter and it will probably be one of the last guns I would ever sell.
When the 94 ban was on the table and the original language banned pistols bill ruger got that language changed to pistols with 10 round magazines, I think he did his best in that situation.

I started off with Glock 22,42,27 now I carry the Glock 43x,Sheild plus,GX4.
