    I'm an incomplete quad. I feel like i spend more time setting up my resistance bands than actually working out.

      Is there somewhere you can have them permanently set up?

      @@AdaptToPerform yeah. im working on that. im new to actually working out. been using resistance bands. once I get a routine down it will get easier ..at least setting up will.

      It's more complicated than that as diet, consistency and many more factors are included too

    I'm sorry, but doesn't quadriplegia mean you're paralyzed from the neck down? You seem to have functioning upper limbs?
