  • Steven Mead gives a 25 minute explanation of how to approach this well loved euphonium classic, Pantomime by Philip Sparke.
It's hoped that this will be useful for anyone who has played the solo or intends to play in the future. Apologies for the slight distortion of sound at times.
This movie was made at Barkham Farm, North Devon on Sunday March 1st, 2020.

    Thanks!!

I am a Brazilian euphonist, I really appreciate your work and I really wanted a mouthpiece from the series that Mr. Mead uses! pity that Denis Wick does not expand musical boundaries and does not sell easily here! can you interfere in any way to facilitate? pardon my English ! lol

Hi, Mr. Steven, what a mouthpiece you use, it looks different in this video? what are the differences between Besson euphonium 2052 Prestige silver and gold. But for mouthpieces, that's the difference between silver and gold. thanks
