    This is a masterclass! Great work. I think you can even use this to structure your thinking on how you speak to stakeholders regarding interviews and so on.. I enjoyed this . thank you.

      @@keywolf23 Is it harder for black people ( especially men ) to land a UX role vs other races? Looking at the statistics/ demographic for UX Designers it would seem like there is heavy gate keeping.

      Tough one. I can't say there aren't any as there are people (individuals) with prejudices. This is also highly depended on where... specific regions, industries, even companies. I saw your other comment on getting Darren on the podcast, I think he would be better to answer this. At least when it comes to US market. If it comes to EU/UK I do believe fair hiring practices are taken seriously, but again there could be places or individuals who would gatekeep for whatever reason or whichever group of people

      Hey, as covered in the video: Accessible should in today's term be reworded as Inclussive, which would better reflect the wider range of considerations in UX.
